This is gin is okay. I prefer it to make either a traditional Tom Collins or a bee's knees cocktail! I'm not a big gin drinker but when I do I occasionally enjoy a bee's knees. In my bee's knees I put gin, honey syrup, and lemon juice. I'm looking for an extra ticket something I'll add a splash of orange juice.

This gin is a classic for many. Unfortunately when it comes to gin this one was just a little to dry for my liking. The product itself isn't too over priced. The packaging is subtle and draws you in wth the green and red contrast on the bottle. Overall it's not a bad gin. It's just not for me.

I have tried many varieties of alcohol but the one that seems to pair smoothly with everything is Tanqueray. Mellow enough to turn anything into a cocktail but strong enough to knock you on your but. Snoop said it best. Gin and juice and you can't go wrong. Main downside is it can be pricey. However most bars, liquor departments and liquor stores will stick it because it is damn good.

Perfect Gin

I’m a bartender and this is my favorite gin. I have tried other popular varieties and tanqueray remains a favorite of mine because of its balanced palette and a light citrusy undertone. I don’t like how in some gins (i. e. Bombay and Hendricks) the florals overpower the juniper and to me that makes them taste soapy. Tanqueray doesn’t have that issue for me. I like how it tastes with a simple lime pairing, it’s a great mixer gin in a cocktail, and my favorites gin for a g&t. Highly recommend. This is a staple for any home bar.

This will forever be my drink of choice, my number one, my go-to. I LOVE Tanqueray. Do I get called an old man for drinking gin? Absolutely. Do I care? Not at all. I never thought I'd be that person to go to a bar and order a specific drink by name (Tanqueray and tonic) but here we are. No other gin compares. This one is in a class of it's own.

Tanqueray is one of my favorite gins. It isn’t overly expensive but still worth the price you pay for it. It is very smooth and goes excellent with lime. The bottle is also very appealing and looks nice even if you leave it out on a countertop or somewhere else visible.

tanqueray is definitely the best choice if you're looking to make something simple and/or herb-forward with the gin. martinis, G&Ts with cucumber or rosemary, vespers, etc - perfect for those. not so much for sweeter or more complex mixed drinks such as cosmos because the herbs and juniper really overpower the nuances of the gin.

Not my favorite gin out there but if your looking for a gin that does it's job but doesn't break the bank then Tanqueray is the Gin for you. It's what I like to see in my call Long Island iced teas where it is not the star but just a supporting act. Have this in your home bar for those type of drinks.

Tanqueray London Dry Gin use to be my go to gin...before I was a gin drinker. It is fine, good to mix drinks with but I don’t know that i would recommend it for straight gin martinis. It’s basic, not terrible but not the best. Prices are usually good so you get more for less!
