I’ve been a loyal user of Scott Comfort Plus for years, but I’ve had enough. The recent changes to this product have completely ruined it for me. First, the size of the rolls has noticeably shrunk. I used to appreciate the larger size that made it last longer, but now the rolls are smaller and are gone in half the time. It’s frustrating to pay the more for less product. Second, and more disappointing, is how much thinner and rougher the toilet paper has become in the past six months. Scott Comfort Plus used to offer a balance of comfort and durability, but now it feels flimsy and scratchy. It’s not the soft, reliable experience it used to be. It’s like they’ve sacrificed quality to save on costs, and it's really noticeable. I won’t be buying this anymore. I’ve tried to give it the benefit of the doubt, but after all these changes, it’s just not worth it. There are plenty of other brands that offer better quality and value. Goodbye, Scott Comfort Plus—this longtime customer is done.

The packaging is very bright and inviting. Less is definitely more in this situation, which makes the roll last longer!

A real family pleaser when it comes to bath tissue. Not too thick that it clogs the toilet, but not too thin that my kids feel the need to use the entire roll. Affordable & convenient when it comes to shopping. Patterned tissue that leaves everyone’s bottom feeling clean!!

I always used the basic Scott 1000 until a man moved in with me and insisted on softer paper, so we settled on Scott Extra Soft. Now that's been replaced by "ComfortPlus", and as soon as I opened the package, my bathroom and arms were covered in lint. I get that it needs to break down in the plumbing, but not while I'm trying to use it! Please bring back something in between, I hate having to try a million other brands just to figure out how to pee comfortably again!

The price could be way cheaper for all your toilet paper. Probably not because everyone has there own preference and budget. I won't be able to buy it because it is to expensive. But I do love it and if someone asks me if I have tried it I will tell them to get it.

The only issue I do have is there’s not very much of it per roll, I have a large family and we go through two rolls of that in one day so that doesn’t make it very economical. I do like the toilet paper though and I think it is great and I would recommend it to people.

We have used Scott Tissue for over 25 years, and my disappointment at the size of the rolls in the new comfort plus compared to the extra soft is horrible. A lot of long also. We really depend on you for a quality proud t, but you have dropped the ball on this one. I would have preferred a price increase as to a decrease in the size of your rolls. Please bring back the extra soft it was perfect
