Even now I tend to gravitate towards this type of toilet paper because o worry less about it clogging my septic system. I find this one interesting because it’s almost like they’re trying to disguise that it’s 1 ply with the texture. It has a rippled texture that makes it feel thicker. The ripples created a better surface for scrubbing yourself clean, though it isn’t necessarily more comfortable. I wouldn’t call it uncomfortable, either. It is just fine for me. I like Scott as a value brand to buy in bulk. I like this new variety from them. I’d recommend it.

The toilet paper has reinforced ridges that make the paper feel thick, durable, and very good at wiping. The ridges are also great at absorbing and so a little goes a long way. No need to purchase the 2 ply paper.

The paper is super absorbent and durable. We are a family of 4 and this 4 pack last us for weeks. The pack comes with 4 mega rolls that flush easily down the toilet. The toilet paper on the left is Comfort Plus, and the one on the right is the long-lasting Scott brand. Comfort Plus is very soft and thick and definitely feels nice to use. However, it didn’t work well with my toilet, it slowed down the flush and even caused a clog at one point. This can get dangerous with young children who like to over use toilet paper. You can clearly see that it’s much thicker than the average long-lasting brand. While it’s comfortable, I feel like the long-lasting Scott toilet paper holds up better overall. It lasts much longer per roll, flushes more easily, and you get more use out of it in the long run.
