You can not make an Irish coffee without Baileys Original Irish Cream. Once the weather gets cool we stock up.

This ones great to make Irish coffee, just over ice to drink or over ice cream to eat. Love to make smoothies with it.

Baileys is delicious but maybe overly sweet in my mind. I am hoping for a future version with less sugar and less sweet!
