These potatoes are the perfect size for meal prepping. They're also not spoiled (like the previous product) - which irritated me because I spend my hard earned money and get mostly small, extremely irregular sized, rotten potatoes. AND because the shapes are more uniform, they're also much easier to wash (if you eat the skin) and peel (if you don't eat the skin).
