The Touch ID doesn’t work most of the time.

It was a gift for my daughter and she loves it!!!!!

the iPad was for my two year old granddaughter that enjoys every minute of watch mrs Rachel  on it

Purchase as a gift. When my wife opened up the package when she got back from her sister's found that the package was open and very unsatisfied.

Package had been open when it arrived.

Being a Samsung person most of my adult life, switching to any Apple product is a roller coaster ride. After some problems with passcodes and everything, we got it how we wanted it set up and we love it. So, if you're like me, take your time setting it up, it might be frustrating at first, but you'll get there!

Be patient, it's worth it.
