[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yes bought these to have for Christmas and it took 2 months to come in. I dread cooking on the top because it is so hard to clean and keep looking nice. Every time you put a pot on the burner there is a rind left from the pot. Yes t take another 20 minutes after cooling to try to get the top back to normal.

The strip around the edge of the glass top has defects. Glue that was used on the strip where the two ends meet does not come off the glass top. The finish backing to the glass range is flawed as if scratched, but it's in the finish. I compared to the model where I purchased the range, and it had similar flaws. I pursued a replacement but was sent another much worse. I find the defects annoying.

I would not buy this product. Only one burner works efficiently. The oven does not cook evenly. The back part of the oven will burn whatever is towards the back. For example, bacon. The oven in the inside is covered in blue and that blue is chipping and I have never used an abrasive cleaners or cloths. I have been disappointed with all my new L G appliances. I had bought a long time ago (13 years) a washer and dryer that was WAY better than what they are making now. Super disappointed in all my purchases.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got a replacement stove bc the drawer did not work in the first oven I received. So far, this oven is working well and the oven temp is very good. The overall look is beautiful, which, haha, I like looking at the stove more than using it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One burner went out - with long wait for repair. Also, burners do not turn heat down fast enough; tough to go from full boil to simmer without overflowing pot (with rice for instance). Otherwise, an OK stove/oven. We do not use Air Fry.

This LG Range is the one. The Features of Air Fryer, Convection Bake, Convection Roast And normal Baking are Amazing. Also Consumer Report’s classified this model this year #6 Best and recommended model. Wish I can install Gas in mu residence but I can’t and LG has the same model in gas too. The Wi-Fi feature is amazing you can control the whole unit thru your Smartphone, turn ON or OFF Oven or Cooktop set the temp you desired amd more.
