[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the LSEL6337 range about a month ago and this is a well designed high tech easy to use range anyone that cooks would love to use, this range has unbelievable features and technology. The cooktop can accompany various cookware, the oven has an attachable probe for precise temperature. My favorite is the Sous-Vide mode, excellent restaurant quality steaks.

While this has not been used to its full potential as yet, my husband who does the cooking, says that what he has used works GREAT!. He is looking at videos to learn about the Air Fry features and convection oven features - he isn't quite ready to use them yet. It looks beautiful in my redesigned kitchen. We love this oven.

The oven

The remote access keeps coming on and it was not set up because we have no internet. When it works it’s wonderful. Hard to keep the top clean needs to be that grey speckled top that use to be on stoves. Looks great sitting in the kitchen but when it turns it’s self own it can be confusing.

Help make an amateur cook become a master chef!

This range works flawlessly, the oven making numerous superb roasts. But, there is a significant issue with ease of use. The control panel displays the TIME and TEMP in a very clear and bright electronic indication which is great. However, all of the oven and timer controls are impossible to see unless there is bright light opposite the face of the range. And if one is standing between the range and the light, again the identifying writing on the panel is lost. Why is there NOT a back-light to make the controls easy to see and use? And, the oven vent grill at the rear of the cooktop is not a great design, as cooking spillovers, etc. go through the openings, and are not easily cleaned off/removed.

Terrible product and support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The convection feature is terrible. I had a KitchenAid before and the fan stayed on contantly when in convection bake. But the LG only runs consistently at temps above 330 degrees. The KitchenAid cooked 3 racks of cookies quite evenly. The LG can't cook 2 racks evenly. Top rack is brown bottom rack is not cooked. 3 racks are a disaster. Bought for the Air Fry and LG quit making the air fry rack that allows more space between the food and the grease catcher. Store bought racks don't leave required space..Nobody could tell me why they wuite making that LG Air Fry rack. Support is terrible for all 3 products. Won't be recommending LG to anyone, and will switch back to KitchenAid next time. KitchenAid have convection broil also that I used. It was a far superior product to LG. Fridge is OK. Dishwasher is lackluster, and support sucks. Manuals should be more in depth. Support told me default setting on dishwasher is to no heat the water coming in: That is just uses hot water tank temp. Previous Model (No LG) heated all incoming water to minimum temp. Not happy with this product either. So fridge is alright, but worried if something goes wrong, I won't get support for any of these products.
