Cooktop was ruined within a few weeks of purchasing oven. Dials are all different - low setting is next high setting for next level of heat. Since everything burns I spend all my time cleaning burnt pans but less time cooking. Air fry function does not work, completely disappointed with this oven.

I bought this stove based on reviews, but a few things bother me since getting it. 1, the stainless trim that wraps around the front of the glass surface is buckled in the corners. I thought this was probably just something that happened to mine, but in going to the store and looking at others, they are the same. Pretty poor fabrication detail. I’m not sure if you would be able to zoom in on the photo to see this at the front corners. 2. Being a wifi enabled stove, I would have thought the clock would be set through wifi. Nope! That’s a miss! 3. While sitting at my island a day after I got it, I’m at a lower level my sight line allows me to see beneath the control panel. I immediately thought there was a panel missing, but nope, that’s the way it’s built. That’s a miss!

The stove also heats very quickly and cooks evenly. It's so much more efficient than our old range. In fact, you really need to read the manual to ensure you're putting whatever you're cooking on the right rack level - following the manual cooks your food to perfection. Even the aesthetics are right. The range is beautiful on the outside, my wife loves the deep blue color on the inside and even the notification tones are pleasant. Bottom line: We'd buy it again!

Buyers be ware!!!! The is the worst range ever!!! After the FIRST USE, the cooktop was scratched and it won’t come off. I was even using a brand new pot!!! I also tried an old pot on the other side and it did the same thing. I’m so disappointed!!!! I love all my other LG appliances but I really regret buying this range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this range just before Thanksgiving, and were excited and nervous at the same time to cook out traditional Thanksgiving dinner ina new oven. Well it didn't disappoint and we were pleasantly surprised. The turkey browned just right as we tried the air fry feature which I believe just uses the convention oven feature (you may want to add the air fry pan (shallow) to get the affect of air frying). Knocking on the ivernndoor was a neat feature that my toddlers quickly picked up on... Let them have fun as long as their hand isn't in TOP of the stove! Speaking of, I just wish it was easier to clean the glass top. I even used a specific stove top glass cleaner for it. Also, the wifi feature could be highly improved and more user friendly, doesn't look like I'd be using it too often since I can't turn off the stove top with it, and you have to go to the stove and press the remote button to be able to use the remote wifi for the oven first. Counter intuitive really. Overall, a modern, solid looking, well performing oven that we're very happy with! Thanks for another greay product LG.

We bought this November 2022 and were initially very happy with the purchase. However we began to notice every now and then that baking in the oven would take longer than it should. The final straw was Christmas 2023 where our 11 lb turkey took over 8hrs to cook. We bought an oven thermometer to test out the temperature and we found it to be below the set temperature about half the time. From what we can see, the initial heating will get the oven to the correct temperature, but then after you open the door to put your food in you lose almost half the heat. The oven then stays consistently below the set temperature from that point on. Our only work around is to set the temperature to something higher after you put the food in which will trigger the element to actually turn on, then wait for it to get to that new temperature before setting it back to the original temperature. This isn't great and not what we paid a lot of money for. Pros: - Stove top is very good. The extra large burner is great for our big frying pan. - Oven capacity is great, with three racks. - Controls are easy and lots of functionality. - Knock on the glass door to turn the light on inside the oven. Cons: - Oven temperature isn't consistent. - Remote start via the app (ThinQ): Not sure if it has a time-out built in or maybe it doesn't work, but you're supposed to be able to push the remote start button, and then use the app to start your oven. We've tried it, but by the time we go into the app to turn on the oven remotely, it says we need to push the remote start button.

Love the settings, ease of use, and ability to clean the glass top. Sleek looking appliance with convection burner that is SO handy! Air fryer inside the oven is perfect! Just a great appliance and price point.

I tried the air fryer mode once, but after poor results, I read you need a special oven fryer tray which was not included with the oven. I really feel this should be included as you can’t use the feature without it! The part of the oven I am most disappointed in is the stove top. My last oven also had a glass stove top and was so easy to clean. This stove top is impossible! If I just clean it without the white paste, the top is embarrassing! So every time I use it, I need to use the paste. What a disappointment!

Just received my new stove and tested it like it says to do. All seemed fine until i went to unlock the oven via the clear/ off press for 3 seconds. It locked just fine after a 3 second push. went to unlock the same way and it will not unlock and makes a rattling/ crinkling sound. after multiple presses if finally unlocks and noise stops. Retried steps and happened again. Not happy at all. Looking into anything that will tell me if this is defective or not . Too soon to rate , reason for 1 star.
