[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my set a little less than a year. Cleaning the lint filter, hand was caught between flap and top edge. Bruising, may lose nail and possible nerve damage. Having it looked at since it's been a few weeks and finger tip is numb/tingly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this for about 6 months now, and it has functioned well. It does big and little loads both well. My only problem is that the SteamFresh function does not work nearly as well on wrinkles as my old LG Steam Washer (sold it along with my former condo). I really miss that feature. The clothes used to come out just slightly damp still, but this doesn't happen with this SteamFresh function. Maybe I just don't know how to adjust it correctly?? I really like the side or top door opening function.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this several months ago and I've used it a lot! In fact I use it everyday. Love the features. I have animals and I wash a lot of rugs, couch and chair covers frequently! The capacity is large, that is one of the main features for me.

Has a lot of functions, most of which I haven't used because it's just too many options. Only getting 3 stars because I've only owned it for 6 months and service already had to come out and replace the “motherboard” because it was sending incorrect signals to the dryer and completely freaking out (non-operational). I think less is better when it comes to these large appliances….too many options leads to too many problems!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Started making a loud noise after just 1 year! We are so disappointed since we bought LG due to the brand being known to be reliable and well know. Same thing happened with the washer. We bought the pair together and the washer pump was lose after a year and had to be replaced! Both machines had something happening after just one year. We are so disappointed since these were expensive machines and we are already having issues. I don't think I would by LG products again. This was my first and probably only time.

This dryer is a good dryer but the top load paired with the dryer is doesn't wash the clothes good and it need smaller load.

I haven't been able to get the wifi connection to work on the dryer, but it worked seamlessly on the washer. I need to call LG support about it. I've tried following all the advice I can find on the internet and so far nothing is working. Otherwise the dryer works great!

I brought this dryer as a replacement of a prior model. the drum light does not come on when you open the door to but wet clothes in. I am told this is part of their "energy savings". I have never had a dryer were the light does not come on when adding clothes

We love the look, sound, and features of our LG appliances! Being able to monitor/use features of our LG appliances via the LG ThinQ app is great! Specifically with our LG dryer, we love that the door opens from the top and from the side! Also, we love how many cycle options it offers! We'd definitely recommend to family and friends!
