I would say i probably purchased a total of like 10 cases during the season...they have been extremely good ..yes there were a few bad ones that had turned soft but still ok to eat...it is a fruit that can be damaged easily of dropped .. .at times i didnt ecen reliaze that i ate the whole fruit..cant wait till next season

I purchased two cases of Sumos and of 12 oranges only 3 were edible. Three! The day after purchasing two of the oranges were white with mold and mushy so they were discarded. Three oranges we peeled were extremely bitter. A few more after peeling had very hard dried out white flesh which was inedible. I contacted Sumo to let them know and they said it due to the conditions of storage at the retailer. Obviously, Sam's Club didn't monitor the storage of the two cases I purchased so I will never buy them again from Sam's. A big fat waste of money! Sumo sent me a 2 day air case of oranges and they arrived today. They are like nectar of the gods! So delicious, fresh, sweet and juicy! Quality control is a problem with Sam's (Altoona) as experienced from past purchases of different produce items. I will not be getting produce from them again.

My toddler grandson can be a picky eater. When he ate a slice, he kept asking for more! I had to stop him at two . The fruit was so juicy, sweet, and easy to peel. He loved popping off the top and using the “hole” to peel himself. Besides being delicious, it’s fun to eat.

Sweet and easy to peel. Can't wait for the season to start again, since it's already December and no Sumos are here yet ....😭 hopefully soon......

LOVE these but last I received in pickup had mold around the top stem. Tried returning online said can"t be returned. i will skip next time.

These oranges are by far the best I've tasted! They are sweet with a bit of a snap when you bite into them.
