This has proven to be a great, modestly priced laptop that easily addresses my computing needs. It's proven to be plenty fast enough for my needs (not a gamer) which includes standard computing tasks, virtual meetings, a fair bit of online work with OneDrive managing photographs, etc. I'd like the image quality/clarity of the camera to be a bit better but it's adequate. I'd also like a better placed and larger Delete key and a pilot light in the Num Lock key (like the Caps Lock key). It's too easy to turn off. The Power button is also oddly placed. None of this would stop me from buying it again though.

I use this device primarily for maker space activities (design, 3D printing, CNC...). It has been pushed around quite a bit and has a few dents. Still works like new. Fairly fast and flexible.

The laptop has been performing beyond my expectations. However, the only aspect I overlooked is the mouse pad left and right buttons. I miss those buttons - prefer over the one pad that requires multiple 'gestures' to control the mouse. Overall the OmniBook 5 is a great workhorse laptop.

I’m impressed with this laptop. It’s fast, thin and light and the graphics on the 16 inch screen are really nice. WiFi 6 connectivity is an improvement over previous generations. Setup was fairly simple and went quickly. After updating Windows 11 and removing a few pre-installed apps that I didn’t want or need, installing apps went quickly and smoothly as well. Those apps (MS-Office, Chrome browser, utilities, etc.) and the standard Windows apps open quickly, run fast and smooth and I have not crashed no matter how many windows are open. Only criticism thus far is that it took longer than expected or initially promised to customize and ship and it would be nice if it had an Ethernet connection and an SD card slot. I highly recommend this laptop.

Nice laptop, very fast, lightweight

I switched from desktop to laptop and love the convenience. The keyboard is very similar to my HP Pro book 4540 which eliminates any learning curve. My laptop is also a lighter weight with a wider screen which I appreciate.

It is a very good computer but still can be much better. The power button is just beside the delete button which makes it possible for accidental turn off. The keyboard buttons can be more softer and wider for better user experience.

Great device, easy to set up and use. I did end up returning it because I did not need it for work any longer and its size was a little too large for me. I’d reco a 14 inch version.

Does the laptop do everything I need? Absolutely! However I am not able to customize the laptop the way I desire which is annoying. I can not rename the laptop no matter how man times I've tried. I also can not customize the back ground to my liking as all the themes see pixelated, they don't look good at all. It does what I need and that's fine. I just want it do everything it is supposed to do. I would love it if someone could contact me about this as well.

No USB A ports on left side and just one on right side. Otherwise the build quality is sturdy and laptop is great !
