We love Powerade at my house which is full of athletes. Whether we are at the ball field or in the gym, this drink helps us to stay hydrated. The mountain berry flavor tastes really good and has a fresh taste.

The only flavor of Powerade I’ll drink. Love taking this to the gym and for those hot trips to the beach. Everyone always loves when this is in the cooler.

Now this powerade mountain berry blast is a really good hydration flavor refreshing energy drink with its good performance helps you make it threw the date.and its well packaging for better taste.

Powerade Mountain Blast Sports Drink is my preffered sports drink. I find that it doesn't have the viscous tecture that Gatorade does. I like it super cold.

Aside from sodium, sports drinks are high in calories and sugar. A bottle of Powerade has 34 grams of sugar so something to be aware of if you're on a low carb/low sugar diet.

Love this flavor and love the sizes and the low price that they cost! Definitely a good alternative to Gatorade. it is not that much sugar so it doesn’t make me feel jittery afterwards.
