Between this and the fruit punch these are my favorite to drink after a good work out. These are also good for being sick. After throwing up I drink these!

Blue flavor anything taste great hahah! When I ran track I loved a nice cold Powerade. It definitely hydrated me and kept me going on the track! Hydration is key.
