I prefer Powerade over Gatorade these days as it’s not as heavy and sugary tasting. Would prefer dye free drinks and I would likely buy it more often

I have not bought as much Powerade in my sons 12 years of sports. He said not make you feel hydrated but actually more thirsty no advasisef
