This tequila is very smooth and is well alone or with juice.  I'm not mich of a dark tequila drinker but I will definitely buy this again. It is great with ginger ale.  It's great for the price and you don't a lot for good tequila. 

Don Julio is the only tequila I can drink without making the dreaded tequila face. I usually just drink it straight. Dont see the sense in covering the great taste with anything.

I can drink ot straight up likes shot or in mixed drinks. Its smooth and doesnt burn. I never get handovers. My personal favorite is blendimg 1 shot in my margarita and adding a shot on top.

When it comes to tequila I have not been able to drink any of them straight but this exact Don Julio! It's so smooth, and it is great on the rocks or a mix for your classic margarita, whether it's frozen or not

After using this product and giving it a try I can say that it had a way smoother taste than what I thought. My husband loves it since he's a big fan of tequila the bottle is also very pretty.

Nice, sweet, smooth.. if you want a tequila that doesn't burn, I suggest you try this one.. don't ever drink tequila quickly and taking a shot is actually not the way to Drink tequila.. enjoy it..

Amazing to drink on its own. I really like the flavor it adds to margaritas on the rocks with salt or with a hint of jalapeño. Great product all around.

this is my go to tequila! i use to drink patron silver, until i discovered don julio anejo. i can drink it as a shot or a margarita. you can't go wrong with this tequila!!

So smooth! It's a necessity at all my family parties. It's also cheaper than other fancy tequilas. It goes down easily and is definitely a crowded. Great as a shot or in a margarita!!! No one ever turns down DJ

I love this tequila. It's affordable and great for drinking on its own or mixing. I find that the anejo taste is great for mixing and doesn't overpower the drink
