I don't love the volume control on the remote as most of the time when i go to increase or decrease the volume, it mutes the tv if you don't press it exactly the right way. Also, the performance of some apps is just not right. The you tube TV app is extremely slow and half the time doesn't load or has a blank picture but does have volume. we have tried everything to make it work from uninstalling and reinstalling, etc and we finally had to use a roku instead of using the built in samsung app features. The TV picture quality and sound however, is great.

We use this TV for live air broadcasts from 90 miles south in Phoenix, mainly watching the PBS channels and some CBS news & sports; we subscribe to only one streaming service, MAX, mainly watching movies on TCM; we also watch our VHS, DVD, Blu-Ray, & 4K movies. The TV is seldom used more than 2-3 hours most evenings. We try to minimize our exposure to commercials. You've done a remarkably good of designing your simple remote; however, we still have to augment it with FireStick and Blu-Ray player remotes. The picture loses some sharpness at angles off center.

A few of my customers claimed that they was going to buy one for their home. I also do some streaming apps if I can not find the game on my satellite provider.

We use the TV to primarily stream Netflix, Amazon Prime , Hulu, Disney and YouTube. It’s the perfect size for the guest bedroom.
