The color was fantastic, resolution is simply outstanding. The rate of refresh was amazing bringing my viewing pleasure like no other. The contrast is amazing as well. The brightness is very good. Sometimes I have to hit buttons multiple times to get something to work, only for it to suddenly work and then I have now hit the button too many times. Overall, a fantastic TV, though!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Crystal has voice activate, a huge Crystal clear high def screen, with 9(Nine) different types of picture options, from Standard to Film Maker mode, holds your favorite channels in a list, will update you on your favorite sports teams in real time conveniently without making you turn the channel. It will wake me up at time of my choosing, or turn itself off with the tap of a button. It's a good quality tv & well worth the price we paid.

I have it connected to my PC as a monitor and the picture outputs 4K on a dual monitor setup. TV functionality and the free channels are also a great addition. Brightness is great for a well lit room (but not in direct sunlight). One thing that could have been better is speed. TV menus can sometimes stutter. Contrast is enough for a PC connection. Occasionally color output on a PC connection is not as good as an actual monitor which would require tuning (not sure why that happens). Refresh Output of 60Khz is good enough for a budget tv

The contrast, colors, refresh and its light & mode settings make for easy viewing in all lighting. Every enjoyable feature of my past Samsung tvs is even easier and faster (not to mention better on the larger screen, i love the 85"!!!) All of the features are outstanding and the different modes for viewing and ease of switching ensures documentaries, drama/action movies, or sports are sure to keep you entertained! I have a 2008 58" plasma that isn't plugged in but im not tossing it! A 2018 65" & a 2023 55" all of which ive used and loved for decades. I've enjoyed the free 'Samsung TV' television lineup for a long time now and its just an added bonus to the best brand tvs and phones I've ever owned. I'm very happy recently (after forgetting to download movies into the last New England winter storm) we lost power, and being a recent right leg amputee after 2 years 13 botched limb salvage surgeries and 2 years of setbacks i spend a lot of time in bed unfortunately but was amazed at the ease and quality i was able to stream my Netflix on my television from my galaxy Ultra phone both in great quality & with minimal generator consumption (no other options w wifi down! Very easy to use and navigate fast updates and loading of apps make it a joy! If I had to critique one thing it would be the volume but sound quality is good just not as loud as like and my 350W Samsung surround sound solves that. Again im just saying if i had to pick one thing it would be sound but thats universal with all the new ultra thin tvs nowadays...and who doesn't use at least a sound bar these days anyway. I love it! All my TVS are currrently Samsung (i left a Phillips from 2 black Fridays ago w my ex. currently and i was planning on buying a qled tcl on black Friday but got this new 85" Samsung for the same price of the sold out 75" Tcl and i haven't regret it for a second!

Had some issues setting up a Samsung soundbar to use Q-Symphony but figured out that my Onkyo Home Theater system was interfering via HDMI (even though it was not plugged into eARC). Problem resolved when I disabled functionality on the Onkyo. Wish there was a way for the software to handle multiple eARC connections.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been happy with almost every aspect of this TV.. However a spider got in somehow and crawled across the screen FOR DAYS. When I went on line I found several others with bugs on screen.. There is no real fix you just have to wait for them to shrivel up and drop...or not.. ours is still visible and annoying. There is a flaw in your manufacturing that allows an entrance.
