never had a single problem on the TV for a year and a half haven't even had to replace the batteries in the remote . it automatically updates self connectivity is cool. The picture is super clear the contrast and the uniformity of the colors when switching modes and the responsiveness of the remote control when used in the upscaling method it really increased the brightness.

I purchased this television to install in my newly constructed 'ManPort', which has various lighting, ceiling fan and pull down shades on sides. Television is mounted on cross beam under A-frame roof. Television has a great picture and so far have had no problems with performance since installing in an covered outdoor environment. Only issue was sound, as speakers are on bottom of screen facing downwards. Since this is not an 'enclosed' room with wall for sound to be encased, I had to install a sound bar directing the sound forwards from television to enhance hearing of sound.

The tv is good quality but I find it very hard to get the streaming services I have on my iPad. The typing in of passwords is too small and it often doesn't give me time enough to poke around and get it right. The quality of watching experience once I get something on there is very good.

I needed a TV for my kitchen and this was recommended by my guy. I enjoyed the TV early on, but now I'm disappointed because periodically I turn on my provider station and there has often been no sound. I have to unplug the TV from the cable box, plug back in and maybe the sound will come back after one try.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently the screen has developed 2 white spots I think dead pixels, each one about the size of a half dollar, very distracting and I hope it doesn't get any worse. I own 3 Samsung TVs and was usually very happy with them but now I don't believe I will be purchasing another Samsung TV.

I recently purchased a Samsung TV, and overall, I have been extremely impressed with the quality and performance. From the moment I turned it on, the picture quality immediately stood out. The colors are bright, clear, and vibrant, while the details look sharp and realistic. Whether I'm watching movies, sports, television shows, or streaming content, the picture provides an enjoyable viewing experience. The sound quality is also very good for a television of its size.

Ease of use. The remote does not allow for things as simple as changing the input source. I have a HD antenna to use for local stations, but the TV typically defaults to only the Samsung TV channels. Even when selecting the "live" TV app, I am able to view the first channel and then an up/down push takes me right back to Samsung TV. I have been happy with other Samsung purchases, but this experience is quickly changing my opinion.

My only concern was the deletion of the optical cable jack on the television. My previous TV, also a Samsung (65-incher) had such a fitting and, as such, I was able to connect my TV to my Onkyo amplifier/receiver. I attempted to connect the two with a HDMI cable but it does not work with either of the two HDMI ports. I am considering the USB2 cable but am concerned about video quality.
