[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been happy with almost every aspect of this TV.. However a spider got in somehow and crawled across the screen FOR DAYS. When I went on line I found several others with bugs on screen.. There is no real fix you just have to wait for them to shrivel up and drop...or not.. ours is still visible and annoying. There is a flaw in your manufacturing that allows an entrance.

Savvy was able to set it up with ease and get with all the functions using the manual. The viewing the picture is crystal clear. It is beautiful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brightness, contrast, and color aren’t as good as they look in the store and home. There is some noticeable difference between close up photography (film) movies and scenes whereas the scenes are much better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not sure if my issue is with the tv itself or my streaming app. I watch only 2 channels. It’s takes 5 min just to get to that channel. There are so many junk apps on the tv. I would like to just go back to cable but it’s so expensive

Sound is very good and the addition of the Samsung soundbar enhances the environment. Using Smart Things app with all our Samsung products is great. Thank you.

It needs to be upgraded because the tv lags once you try to switch apps or try to type everything.Starts to glitch.Once you got a little bit of memory on it.But otherwise still works right

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the price this TV offers a great mix of performance and features. I have it connected to my PC as a monitor and the picture outputs 4K on a dual monitor setup. TV functionality and the free channels are also a great addition. Brightness is great for a well lit room (but not in direct sunlight). One thing that could have been better is speed. TV menus can sometimes stutter. Contrast is enough for a PC connection. Occasionally color output on a PC connection is not as good as an actual monitor which would require tuning (not sure why that happens). Refresh Output of 60Khz is good enough for a budget tv

I looked at them all on many showroom floors before finally deciding on a 60 inch Samsung. Why Samsung? Well, it had the best picture, was easy to operate, and was the best value for the money. I love this TV and still have it, however, for Christmas on December 2025, my family purchased another Samsung almost identical to the one I had. The second TV was installed in my bedroom. I am 75 years old and have a few health issues. Having this second TV guaranteed me I would never miss a program. My new TV is just as wonderful as the first Samsung I bought. It has a few more frills than my first TV from Samsung but the great picture is the same. I think this last TV that my family surprised me with is probably the best gift I will ever receive in my lifetime. My grandson loaded the TV up with access to many networks,Netflix, Roku, peacock,Samsung Plus, Prime Video, and Tubi. I have more channels to choose from for my viewing pleasure. I think Samsung is truly the best TV on the market and I wish everyone had one in their homes to enjoy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only purchased this tv to replace my old tv and once I got it on the color is amazing movies and shows look more realistic gaming is next level me and the wife have been stuck in streaming apps for the past 4 years so having the Samsung tv plus has been great witb that being said I’ll definitely be replacing all my TVs with samsung
