[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Such a great upgrade for us! Our older model Sonicare - which has served us for over 10 years - sadly died! So we decided to try these! So thankful we did! Like the option of modifying the speed & mode of brushing!

I needed to replace an old sonicare used by myself and my husband that was no longer working well. I think it had been dropped and the pin where the brush head snaps into was loose and was no longer effective. I debated on buying the more expensive model or basic model. I was not sure which one to buy but when I saw the diamond clean 9000 pack with two handles I pulled the trigger. Very happy with my purchase. I wasn't sure if I would use the app but for now I am. It pretty basix but helps me be accountable to more than brushing. I wanted to improve my dental care. I have been using the gum care setting with the A3 brush. I like the longer time to brush. I do use the app for the timing to switch to different sectiions. The app also has a tracker for flossing, tongue brushing and mouth rinsing. Its only been 5 days but I can feel the difference. I dont know how long I will stick to the app but I like using it so far. I would recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toothbrush really gets my teeth clean. Far better than the good Oral B I was using. I have gum recession and wanted to improve my hygiene to control gum disease. Diamond Clean has made the difference. It takes a little practice to hold the brush and get the angle right. And not use any pressure to allow the brush to its job. Very pleased with the results!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Definitely love the new Diamond tooth brush and how clean it makes my teeth but absolutely hate the glass charger. It's constantly catching water from the toothbrush into the glass and just looks nasty. Furthermore, it frightens me tha power is near the water base and the possibilities of getting a shock. At least with the previous model, the water dried and while it to could be nasty as well, there is no fear of a shock when dry. The glass also takes up alot of unnecessary room too. So please have your engineers come up with a better changing system. Thanks.

If you have owned a brush in the past, read the inclusions carefully. No tongue care setting. The app does not show where you have brushed and does not warn about overbrushing. Make sure you fully understand what you are/are NOT getting with this model. There is a reason it’s less expensive!

Overall, the toothbrush works, but it's not exactly as described on the site. There is no pressure sensitivity light ring - instead the toothbrush changes how it vibrates. I'm a little disappointed as I was looking for the visual indicator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not happy with the replacement toothbrush. It’s doing the same thing my original toothbrush was doing. At least, with the original, it took several months to malfunction. This new one gave issues after a few uses. I will be looking for a new toothbrush to replace this 2nd new one. I did love it, prior to its issues! But to spend that much money for it to not work to perfection, isn’t worth it.
