Just too confusing for older people to navigate the system. Cannot utilize any of the features that are available due to the lack of a technical ability.

Nice picture and sound. I’m on my second remote as the remotes have to be frequently re-paired with the tv. As two remotes are both having the problem, I guess it’s the tv.
