Really happy with this large 65” TV. I am old school and was afraid of new technology but when my 12 yr old TV started to break I had to get a new one. Reviews and price helped choose this Samsung plus it's hard to find a 65” to fit perfectly in our corner. We sit about 15 ft from TV and this is so big, it really helps our old eyes read the print and see the screen. What a difference! Once you get used to the definition, it's the best! Love it

Samsung always makes sense when looking for quality viewing. This is my 4th TV. I love that you can program the TV to look for your shows and save your picks. The AI feature is responsive to your suggestions. The brightness and contrast are exceptional.

I'm really impressed with the 43” Class QLED Q7F 4K Vision AI Smart TV! The picture quality is sharp, bright, and incredibly clear, with beautiful colors and great contrast. Sound does not adjust when transitioning from TV show or Movie to commercials. Commercial sound is so loud you have to quickly grab the remote to manually lower the volume and then raise it again when the show comes back on. Very annoying! Our other TV we replaced with this Samsung model did not have this issue at all. We tried to research a remedy without any success.

delivers stunning brightness and vibrant colors that pop in bright rooms, though its contrast and local dimming struggle with deep blacks in dark scenes. The smart interface is fast and responsive, while screen uniformity remains mostly clean with minor backlight blooming. The size is perfect and we enjoy watching our favorite shows.

I love the display of the TV. My main concern is with the audio! The TV sits in the living room. In the living room, we have a box fan to circulate air in the room. When the box fan is on. I need to push the TV audio to around 75-85% to hear what is coming out. The problem is I don't understand why it needs to be that high, and I don't really feel the audio is that loud. I also have multiple Samsung TVs and Projectors. Most of them are hooked up to an audio unit that is Harmon or Samsung. Thus, this may be a problem for the TV, but it should be addressed. Video looking great is awesome, but a large part of the viewing experience is to hear what is also on the TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Interface, resolution, and vibrancy are what gives this product, quality. Furthermore the device is easy to manage with its fast interface I don't miss programs in the event of wifi disconnection. TV now feels like the dock of my entertainment, instead of its reflection.

So far the set is working well and excellent picture and sound. Initially, the apps and the different screens were a bit cumbersome and overwhelming. I wish there was a screen that you could save your frequently used or favorite apps in one easy to find location. This may exist already and maybe I just haven't figured it out yet.

The picture is very clear, sound is very good. The remote is small but packs a concise punch, especially once we learned how to operate it. I bought it without really exploring its SmartTV capabilities, but our satellite dish had a malfunction and we lost access to our preferred channels. It only took two days for us to figure out how to access so many of our favorite channels and shows just using the TV's internet related features. Great product!!

I'm not tech savvy and can't speak to it's performance compared to other models with different tech, but this TV works well for my needs. It's in a small living room where I seldom watch movies and TV. I am considering getting an additional one for my bedroom, and also getting a sound system for this one. I really enjoy Samsung's smart TV software.
