Our new 75" Samsung Qled quickly proved to be an instant upgrade over out prior 2.5 yr old V***o flat-screen which suddenly turned off and wouldn't turn back on. The new Qled's vibrant and bright color was stunningly beautiful. The contrast and deeper black helps me see a much sharper picture. I easily set up pairing it to wifi, etc. in about 10 minutes and we've been enjoying it since. One click to go between apps and our tv service provider. Love the Samsung TV app too! Dozens of great channels.

Great picture ( to the extent my eyes can sense) and lots of good features, the one thing the missed which many other cheaper TVs have is the antenae signal strength meter. The newer models hopefully have that and add the better mini LED screen. Samsung still needs to add to the library of apps that you can download for this TV.

Very disappointed in our new Samsung 65". Cannot get local channels without HD antenna which I purchased and IT WAS NOT A USER FRIENDLY SET UP; only to have it not work. Reception was terrible and would only pick up 5 local channels which were abysmal. Tried to watch a college football game today thru Youtube and speed looked like an old time movie. Faces were unrecognizable and we were watching 2nd quarter and flipped to 3rd quarter. Did not even finish 2nd quarter. We had unhooked the HD antenna to watch the game.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect TV for the bed room., it's like a little brother to our bigger Samsung with amazing picture, remote is very responsive and easy to use, in the dark buttons are easily used or talk in the remote works great, contrast is amazing colors, uniformity setting up out of the box is simple do to the order the TV tells you what to do, if we need a new TV upscale to the 65 will be great

I have been a Samsung fan/customer, ever since I bought my first Samsung 50" Plasma TV in 2006. That TV had so many options for Video and Audio connections, and the sound from the TV was great. I am not happy with this 85" Samsung TV.... The sound is horrible and creates a distorted noise at modest volumes for watching movies. There are very limited Video and Audio connections, and was not able to connect my Yamaha surround sound receiver. Picture quality is good but not great. Other than size, I prefer my old 50" Samsung TV with much better sound, good picture, and more Video and Audio options than I could ever use. --- Would NOT Recommend this 85" Samsung TV to friends or family

The product appearance is sleek, attractive and light to lift onto the mantle. The picture quality is crisp, clear and the contrast is very impressive. After a few glitches with the remote that were easily corrected, we gegan to enjoy the whole experience.

This tv is a lemon it doesn’t stay connected to WiFi. The sound goes out constantly tv constantly freezes and will not respond. I have to turn off to restart. I have to call in to Samsung to have the ttv set back to factory settings in order to connect to WiFi. I had to call 4 times to have this issue resolved. I only had this tv approximately 6 months.

The picture is great. We upgraded from a tv that worked fine but did not have internet capability. Setup went fine. My only issue is the remote. I sometimes use closed captioning. There is not a button to access it without going through several menus. I also miss the ability to switch back and forth between antenna channels using one button on the remote. Overall we are enjoying the tv. I just miss several features that I had on the other tvs.
