[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always had issues with other tvs just giving up on me after a year or two, including not staying connected to wifi even though im next to my modem. Bht this this is amazing I use ot for daily streaming and sometimes even gaming on my switch and you can use 4k which is soooo much better than I thought worth every penny.

The only reason it isn't 5 stars is difficulty with my replacement universal remote (not a Samsung brand). I have two Samsung TVs and the remote will control both TVs at the same time. I can't find a way to have it only control the original TV and not this one. For brand loyalty, seems like this is something a person should be able to do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I really love the TV. I have an older version of it so Samsung was going to be the only maker I considered. The resolution is great, the features are abundant and it looks great. The only addition I would like is a power on timer. My old Samsung 65 had a timer where I could turn the TV on and use it as an alarm. This one does have a sleep timer but no on timer. I know it's minor but it wA very useful.

The clarity and contrast is good but I feel it could be a little clearer. Overall I'm happy with my purchase and I will buy another Samsung in the future

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is so annoying. I do not like Samsung TV plus. I have Directtv and when turning on it goes to Samsung TV after a long wait and then I have to try and get it back into Directtv. The picture is ok. A little brighter than my last Samsung. I just wish my old tv wasn't having any color issues. It does lag a bit when switching between Netflix and TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is beautiful! Sharp and vibrant. My only issue is with the remote. It is the most POORLY designed remote I have ever used! Buttons are tiny and difficult to see and identify. The entire remote should be 50% bigger. And since most of us watch TV at night with the lights off, having the buttons back lit like my previous TV would make sense. Definitely no thought or consideration for the customer went into its design.

I wish it had regular audio jacks using Bluetooth ther is an annoying delay on the head set while the regular audio is on for those who don't need to use a head set. Tried different headsets with same results. The remote stinks it isn't responsive at times.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful TV, it looks great even when its sitting on the stand turned off. The picture is crisp and ultra clear, 4k movies are unreal. The user interface is easy to navigate, with it carrying over most options that previous models had. The issue and why I dont give it a full 5 stars, the stand legs. The design certainly isn't ideal and will require you to choose an entertainment cabinet/stand carefully.
