I wanted to replace my 12 year old sony with a new 4k tv. after looking at many many reviews I took a chance and boughtthe Samsung Q7F. I am stunned by the picture (which was my number one concern). the picture is perfect in every respect. brightness, contrast, black level, all exceeded expectations. I tell all my friends to look at what is available for a ridiculously low price. after seeing my new Samsung two friends have already been convinced to buy a new Samsung tv. thanks for making my tv and solving my long adventure in tv purchasing jerry white

Then replace my Aging 4K in the living room with a 75 inch. Absolutely love this TV. Plus we're all on one account so we can share programming in different rooms and apps.

The overall home layout could be clearer and more responsive to input. The rechargeable remote could have a better battery. With all of these said, the picture quality is outstanding compared to the price paid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Vibrant picture and resolution, but dark scenes can be problematic, and this TV has NO optical audio outlet, so it doesn't really work with sound systems other than Samsung's. Streaming works well, but the OS isn't really intuitive, so it takes a bit of work to figure out how to do things. This TV is great for any service using a set top box, which solves the audio issues.

It's obvious and more convenient to use a controller but that feature but be nice when you trying to get out of the house quickly. Otherwise, we enjoy the TV. I rarely give 5 stars on anything but this would be close.

But, whenever I go to buy a new one we do our homework regarding all of the above topics for the highest marks in the latest technology. Then we compare price and apples to apples. I always end up buying Samsung again. This has been going on in my house as long as I have bought tvs. Now in 77 and the kids are buying my tvs for me and they do the same research and now we all end up with Samsung.
