My Words won't do it the justice it deserves!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first big purchase in a couple of years (life's circumstances hit hard) and I'm absolutely blown away at the quality of this TV and the price point I got it at. I use my TV not just for movies and shows, but I'm starting to dabble in gaming and if I'm not working, my laptop is hooked up to it and I get to enjoy a computer monitor that turns my 2-in-1 13" laptop into an HTPC powerhouse. Living in such a small space meant I'd have to get creative if I wanted to get a decent size television, so I decided to mount it from my ceiling and it was very easy because of where the ports are located on the back. Again, so happy it's hard to explain. After researching reviews and checking every platform I could, I kept coming up with the same realization, I need a Samsung TV. But for whatever reason I didn't think I could afford one, and once again I'm so happy to be wrong. I rated this TV 4/5 stars only because I know that there better QLEDs in Samsungs lineup, which I'm going to be saving up for over the next year, and having the TizenOS with Knox security is really easy to transition to being my first Samsung. Love it and by far the best decision I've made in quite some time!

Surprisingly better than I was expecting..

And other than loosing the remote every 5 minutes (it's so small), haven't really had any negatives that come to mind, now that I'm thinking about it.. it's been great. I haven't even fully used every feature. I've connected 2 different pc's. A laptop, a DVD player all worked fine. I've used a few apps, YouTube, Amazon prime etc. Works fine.. in all reality, tv has been perfect come to think of it... I suppose I only really notice problems, and there hasn't been any.. now, I've got my complaints w the company over other devices and whatnot. Buy that's not for here. I have several samsung devices. I used to like to connect em seamlessly. But don't really need that function anymore. Only thing I haven't tried w this tv is connecting any sort of storage device like a hard drive or usb stick.. but sure it would work fine. I've watched nfl over the air w antenna. And compared to my previous un55ks8500 curved tv, night and day difference all around. Brighter, more contrast, no noticeable motion blur. And it uses less than half the power to run. It..

Great picture at a great price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Earlier this year I moved into a new house which prompted me to buy a tv for my room. After doing research trying to figure out which one to go with I decided to buy a Samsung TV. Its been nice at nights to watch movies and shows. The only thing I would say lacks is the processing it takes to go from home to an app and vice versa. Other than that its been great.

Beautiful picture & Easy leg assembly!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a Samsung that was still working after about 25 years because it wasn't a smart TV and it was too heavy to move easily. Our new Samsung has a picture that makes us feel like the football games are happening right in our family room...even our cat is mesmerized by the ball on the screen! Also, I have helped other people assemble their TV legs, which is not fun and seems to be more difficult the less you spend on the TV. THESE legs popped right on...no screws, no wondering which leg goes where and what is in the front or back, left or right. It's just me and my 86-year-old Mom, so the easier assembly makes a huge difference to me! We both have Samsung phones, so setting up and registering the product took about less than 5 minutes with the Smart Things app. Altogether, from taking it out of the box to sitting back and watching it took about 15 minutes. We have always had great luck with the Samsung products, so Samsung is our go-to when we replace any appliances and electronics now. We are pretty close to living paycheck to paycheck, but we spend a little more on electronics and appliances so that they are quality products that last a long time. So when in doubt, buy Samsung. Seriously, just buy Samsung.

Good purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently bought this screen model, after having a crystal version of 55" which left me surprised by the difference in quality and for no extra money, it is an excellent option to have at home, I will probably buy another unit to give as a Christmas gift.

Great Purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been thinking about purchasing a Samsung television for a while now and finally decided to pull the trigger after my LG tv decided it wanted to be done with our relationship. 😂 Nevertheless, I found this amazing deal for what I thought would be at least comparable to what I had, only to discover it is 10 times better than my old television. The quality of the picture and the sound, the additional features and the responsiveness of the online channels, and my ability to integrate it with my google home max, set this television highly above other brands that I have had. I’m a Samsung customer now. Even much so, I purchased a Samsung soundbar to go with the television. And its quality is just as good!

This is a great value TV. Samsung is 2nd to none.

The picture quality is astounding, I have guests commenting about it all the time. This makes my 5th Samsung tv and would not own anything else. I currently own 3 and I am still using my first one which is 17 years old. You just can’t go wrong this brand. Love my Samsung TV’s .

I love the size of my T.V

The sound quality is the one best I've ever heard from. A TV. I love the bluetooth sound brand the stand it sits on. It was well worth the cost and I'm so very satisfied with every part of my t.v so far.

TV has 2 significant issues as I see them...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A good TV overall but when switching between channels sound varies widely - not supposed to do that as a it has a feature to limit that behavior. 2nd issue - does not correctly expand some SD channels to fit the over-all screen size. No longer has the "stretch" option as did my older Samsung. Specifically, the History channel only fills a very narrow band on the screen and makes for an uncomfortable view. Other than these two issues the color and contrast are outstanding. Some on screen choices are layed out in a confusing fashion and the remote is a toy! But, still a good value for the money!

Sudden changes in volume can often be related to audio settings or content differences between sources or apps. Please try the following adjustments to help stabilize your TV's audio: 1. Enable Auto Volume. Go to: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume. This feature helps maintain a consistent volume level when switching channels or apps. 2. Change Sound Mode. Try a different sound mode to see if one offers a more stable output: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Sound Mode (We recommend Standard or Amplify for more even performance.) 3. Check External Devices. If you're using a soundbar, receiver, or other audio device, check that its volume leveling or dynamic range settings aren’t interfering with the TV’s audio. 4. Update Firmware. Ensure your TV is running the latest software, as updates may include audio improvements: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now When adjusting the image size, please keep in mind that available size options may vary depending on the input signal and the type of content you're viewing. To adjust the image size on your TV, navigate to: Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Size Settings.
