[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a Samsung TV in 2011 when it wasn't very many apps and the internet was not built in without an attachment so I was hesitant on buying another one but I am really surprise. The color is bright and the apps are easy to use. The TV quick. It is a massive improvement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my TV about 5 years ago and its still in prime condition. Its been stored in a box when i was moving and is practically brand new. I havnt had one issue with this tv. It doesnt overheat. No glitches or delay. Color and contrast is on point. Responsiveness is great. Its not overlay bright but also ajustable if needed. Its upscale in the world of tvs for sure. You get what you pay for. Stay away from cheap tvs and go with a more uniformity and easy to navigate tv.

As for the contrast it's night and day with a lot of tvs. Brightness could attract moths for 30 miles. Remote to control is pretty responsive but does have a slight delay when initial start up.

Our old one served us well for many years and a friend of mine gave it to us when he moved out of state. We had it for nearly 16 years. I saw this television on sale and I thought, why not give it a try. This television has so much more than our old one did. The picture is absolutely beautiful. It hooked right into my surround system with just a couple changes to the settings. The 4K resolution is amazing as well. Colors are vibrant, and the TV is easy to operate . The brightness we had to turn down a bit because it was a bit harsh. Once we set that and the contrast, it's been smooth sailing so far. I would definitely recommend Samsung and this TV as well if you're on a budget. My wife and I are both in our 60's, so we don't need to have the super duper anything really. This 65" TV rates high on my scale and it will on yours too for the money.

I bought an Asurian Warranty, but because the TV is still under manufacturers warranty they couldn't help. I called SAMSUNG and was told just to turn the TV on and off again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the TV because of the colors high-def brightness contrast make you feel like you are in the movie with them I play my Xbox when it connects to the TV and my Samsung phone interface with it the resolution blows you away on all colors and other TVs out there

It is tiny, hard to understand and I will never buy another Samsung TV if that remote (or any other similar device) is included. I will make it a point to inspect all future remotes. Fortunately, our old remote with numerous buttons works well.

Prior to this, i had another Samsung TV, but a lower tier model, that served me well until my cat knocked it over. I decided to opt for a higher tier model because why not? Lol. The visual upgrade is shockingly noticeable. Incredible picture and awesome for gaming with adjustable frame rate. Great feature! Barely any adjustments had to be made. The menu is much more user friendly and customizable. Even the built-in speakers sound nice and clear and when using my sound bar, the so7nd is incredible and no more fluctuations during movies! My only gripe, which is hardly a gripe at all, is that the remote is pretty small and took a bit to figure it out completely, BUT its a rechargeable remote by either USB-C OR...by the sun!! Thats right, its solar charged!! Super cool and no more hassle of batteries. I have absolutely zero complaints and by far, my favorite TV to date.
