I was told 6 months ago that someone was going to call me. No call. I also don't like the remote. I watch antenna channels and can't seem to figure out how to use it. There's no buttons on it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have this beautiful TV. The picture is crisp and clear. The upscaling is seamless and really provides a great viewing experience. I was worried about picture lag and or ghosting, but I haven't witnessed any of that in the 10 months since I installed this unit. My one and only complaint is the automatic input selection that always seems to default to Samsung TV plus. The fact that this TV has the same interface as all of my other Samsung tvs and most of the settings and interface were either similar or easy to use.

It was so sharp and clear that it literally felt like I was sitting right on the set, directing the show myself! ​Sadly, just a month after buying it, my house caught on fire. While the TV survived, the picture has never been the same since the damage. ​The Bottom Line: Overall, I absolutely love this TV. I just truly wish I had a replacement for the one I lost!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After checking out online reviews years ago, it became clear that Samsung was the choice of numerous consumers and after making my purchase, I can see why. My current Samsung is am upgrade to a 55" from a 50" Samsung which still works perfectly. I was used to great color on the previous model and I wasn't disappointed on the larger version. There are numerous adjustments that allow you to tailor the picture just the way you like it. Watching sporting events is quite the treat. You feel like you are right at the stadium. The TV sound was good but I opted to use a soundbar through the HDMI option. Bluetooth was also available on this model but I was a bit disappointed that an optical hookup was not an option. It's great having access to hundreds of apps and the free Samsung channels through your Samsung account. Overall I could not be more pleased with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful TV, it looks great even when its sitting on the stand turned off. The picture is crisp and ultra clear, 4k movies are unreal. The user interface is easy to navigate, with it carrying over most options that previous models had. The issue and why I dont give it a full 5 stars, the stand legs. The design certainly isn't ideal and will require you to choose an entertainment cabinet/stand carefully.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV was very easy to set up and has worked fantastic. Screen is clear and bright. Could not be happier. Only thing is Blue Tooth speaker drops every now and then. Not sure if it is the speaker or the TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave 4 out of 5 stars because the tv wifi drops all the time and sometimes wont connect back. This is problematic since everything is a streaming service these days. But the tv picture is great. Bright colors, beautiful picture.

I've owned every brand and this is by far the easiest to navigate TV that I've had. The ability to transform every TV into a work of art is fantastic. The responsiveness has been excellent. And the upscaling has been terrific with older content.
