It was wonderful when the agent left me. But the problem still continues. I have to fix the contrast every time I use the TV. I have to call again but always remember after 9 PM.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great technology in my TV, it's easy to control picture quality and comes with ALL the most preferred apps. I have a Denon receiver that it has easily has been able to arc to when TV turns on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Vibrant picture and resolution, but dark scenes can be problematic, and this TV has NO optical audio outlet, so it doesn't really work with sound systems other than Samsung's. Streaming works well, but the OS isn't really intuitive, so it takes a bit of work to figure out how to do things. This TV is great for any service using a set top box, which solves the audio issues.
