remote control

Your people need to understand that there are older customers out there who do not know how to use their smartphone, let alone understand the instructions given on screen. I'm 86 years old and I am about 50 percent in use of smartphones and computers. But I personally know other people my age and even younger who do not have any idea how to navigate. The instructions need to keep them in mind.

Brightness and Samsung TV Plus channel on QLED 43”

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old tv (tcl Roku 43”) was just not bright enough. On shows with night or dark scenes I could barely see the picture no matter where my tv was in the room. Now my Samsung tv provides a great picture no matter the image. I also love the variety on the free Samsung TV Plus channel.

Wonderfully Designed!!

So much better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to install, great picture (much improved soccer viewing) but controls are not intuitive. The onscreen menu bare is clunky and frustrating. Using it with a soundbar so no problems there. Overall an excellent purchase and very happy with image and performance.

Movie night! Either Aliens or Predator???

Just Wow!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After looking at our QN65 and our newly acquired Q7T Dynamic mode is pleasantly bright and contrast made the details in the characters beards, scales, and armor last night was whole different experience! I really appreciated looking at the screen of vibrant theater colors with my partner and I watching How To Train Your Dragon (2025). The upgraded interface is an interesting surprise with the built-in Alexa integration (she has them everywhere) and the ability to stammered Spotify for me (I'm a music dude). Does pretty good with the glare from lights in our bedroom. Another highly recommended 4K Samsung TV.

Fantastic picture quality

Blue Tooth issue

Blue Tooth issue: I purchased two Blue Tooth headphones so either or both my wife and I can watch TV and not disturb the other or others in the house. But, the Blue tooth connection process is a Pain each time. I would hope that once the headphones are paired with the TV they would automatically connect. But, I must respond for the 2nd Headphone to select I want it connected too. Also, the prompt to connect is always in the upper left corner and get hidden at times.

Signal transmission delays

It seems that Samsung TVs All have fbe same manufacturer defect! The Remote control and the TV do not speak to or transmit there signal immediately, causing delays, freezes, glitches, needs to restart or reboot, and just ANNOYING! Every model I have no matter the size!

Re-pair the remote – Stand within 1 foot of your TV and press Return and Play/Pause simultaneously for at least 5 seconds. A message should appear confirming it's connected. 2. Check the battery level – Go to: Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Remote Control 3. Ensure proper charging – SolarCell Remotes can charge using: o Room light or direct sunlight (solar panel should face light source) o USB-C cable (preferably Samsung-branded) 4. Update your TV’s firmware – Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now 5.
