I'm not person that does brightness TVs but it is doing something that with that eyes would love. I do believe that you have a very good processing chips in it because it runs so smooth and fast. the contract will get help we have bad eyes and you something to darken up the screen a little bit it's awesome thank youso much for a wonderful tv

Watching movies, sports, and streaming shows in 4K looks fantastic. The setup was quick and easy, and the smart TV interface is simple to navigate with all the major streaming apps available.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this T.V. for my Dad a few Christmases ago, did hours of research comparing models online against one another, wanted something that I could also plug my computer in to game with every so often and Read about how It was capable of utilizing G Sync and was a over all more gaming friendly T.V.s compared to other available models and It did game pretty good! Complaints would be the worthless Bixby voice to text being absolutely awful. I do also notice it get glitcy when watching fast motion video like football. And the Black contrast HDR is not the best and cannot play some HDR content .

The contrast is perfect and allows the perfect interface with the resolution settings. The brightness is automatically set to fit the room lighting and mood of the evening

The television looks fantastic. Mounting it was a breeze. There are a lot of really great things about Samsung, application options about. Wish that the overall interface could be pared down to just the essentials for elderly users. Simple things like accentuating the highlighted icons more clearly would be useful. My parent-in-laws are thrilled with the size of the picture and visual quality. It took them a while to catch on to navigating the annoying main interface.

My primary issue is I can't get the Netflix app to connect to the Samsung server. Samsung tech has worked on it twice. Netflix is worthless in doing anything. Netflix took all the information and I have heard nothing. They - Netflix- blame Samsung, of course. All other apps work fine except Netflix. Don't know what to do next. The TV has been great in all other aspects. Samsung tech service has been very helpful and excellent in all other aspects of service. I am helpless on the tech side, so You - Samsung - have been great/excellent in helping me to navigate all the settings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tv looks great colors and picture are sharp and smart tv is great but the responsiveness of the software is kinda of slow. Trying to use the web browser of the Xbox games menu is a little slow it's almost like trying to use the old Nintendo switch store screen before the update last month. But the actual TV itself looks great. The voice remote works sometimes but if you have a smart speaker that doesn't matter.

The Tv often says I'm offline and I can't sign back in, I've had to unplug the TV twice to get back online even though my internet service is fine able to use my computer! Also sometimes it streams show and remaining times across the bottom of the screen don't know why it does that? Also disappointed there is no optical port to add a soundbar?? Tried to add one to my 32 inch TV in bedroom and couldn't even with extra adaptor cord I had to purchase.

I have been enjoying the free channels that come with the TV, especially the game show channel that have the shows that I grew up watching.
