I have been using it for 5 years now, and I love it. I have no idea why people say that it stops working. It did not stop at any point and looks like brand new. I just purchased this bundle as a Christmas gift for family members. I highly recommend.

My dental hygienist mentioned that it was not nearly as effective as something like a sonic care. For Christmas, I got my daughter and I the Diamond Clean 9000. Wow. Night and day difference. My teeth feel like they do after I visit the dentist for a cleaning. I love this thing! I just need to remember to keep my mouth closed when I am using it!

I have owned two of these now and both have stopped working effectively after 2 years. However, I have cheaper sonicare models that last twice as long. Never again. It works great while it lasts
