I have been using it for 5 years now, and I love it. I have no idea why people say that it stops working. It did not stop at any point and looks like brand new. I just purchased this bundle as a Christmas gift for family members. I highly recommend.

My dental hygienist mentioned that it was not nearly as effective as something like a sonic care. For Christmas, I got my daughter and I the Diamond Clean 9000. Wow. Night and day difference. My teeth feel like they do after I visit the dentist for a cleaning. I love this thing! I just need to remember to keep my mouth closed when I am using it!

The design is sleek, the cleaning modes are super effective, and the charging glass is a nice touch. Brushing feels like a treat now!

I’ve moved up through the sonicare toothbrushes. I love them in general but for the price these aren’t great. They are more powerful than the 6100 but one quit working just a few months in and they have no warranty replacements available. Step down to the 6100 for half the price.

We purchased the 2-pack of the Diamond Clean Power Toothbrush and while they both clean really well, the black one is SO LOUD that we actually have had arguments about when he uses it in the morning. It is loud enough to wake the neighbors (no matter what setting it is on). The white one makes noise but nothing like the black one. I can't help but think there is something wrong with it. Overall, they work as they should but the noise level of the black toothbrush is deafening.

I have owned two of these now and both have stopped working effectively after 2 years. However, I have cheaper sonicare models that last twice as long. Never again. It works great while it lasts
