The TV industry are to focus on the picture quality and not the sound quality. Speakers are either in the back or on the side so that makes it a less efficient sound. Samsung should make a tv with speakers that face on the bottom and outward to the audience

We have had our new Samsung TV FOR ALMOST A MONTH, and we still haven't been able to use it properly. I've gone on YouTube and the internet, following the directions to update the Smart hub, but to no avail. We can't even download our apps. It is very frustrating and we're thinking of bringing it back.

TV is great. I only purchase this brand for the network its has but have never been disappointed with the quality of the brand and I own six of them in varying sizes. Only issue is that I'm sixty-seven and don't like having to learn a whole new remote that is not intuitive for us old fogy's

I bought this at Costco. great value for a TV, especially with all the SAMSUNG TV Plus selections. Two things that they can improve on: 1) Remote - the volume and channel change buttons are too small. They should improve on this 2) the Apps menu that goes along with the Samsung TV Plus, TV, Apple Play, Live Air, Netflix, etc. When I select on Home in the Remote, all those apps are too small...the highlight is not bright good enough to select the apps, often going on level lower. I wish those App icons were larger.

But we have lots of windows and sliding glass doors and the picture on our old TV was so greyed out by the bright sunlight it made for difficult and unpleasant viewing. “Why is it filmed in the dark?” my wife would say. I said tennis balls should be red so you could see them. We bought this Samsung because, after extensive research, it seemed to be the best for our viewing conditions. WOW!!! What a difference! What an improvement. My wife and I can now see features and details we never knew existed. For example, we can follow the flight of the tennis ball perfectly. Our previous TV was a pretty good one but old. Pals, who have a new TV, came over to watch the soccer World Cup final and were surprised we didn't draw the blinds. And were astonished at the bright, clear picture in the brilliant sun. We are fed up with hype and exaggerated claims and fulsome reviews. But this Samsung is everything it & reviewers claim. And night time viewing is crystal clear. I am hard of hearing and so we have an excellent sound bar. But the built-in speakers are remarkably good. We just regret we didn't buy it earlier!

The viewing experience is top tier. And great resolution

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is so clear and colors are vibrant and crisp. Only thing I don't like is the main screen when I turn on the tv. There may be a way to set it up where it starts up with my DirectTV but I'm unaware of it. My previous Samsung didn't do this. Even when I have DirecTV set as my provider the start up screen has it in a small screen and you have to wait for it to switch to full screen. Also if I want to switch to use an app I have to sign in to my Samsung account each time and if I stay signed in the TV starts up with the Samsung TV channel which isn't what I want. Maybe one day I'll figure out how to set it up the way I want.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bright, clear, and a satisfying viewing experience. That is what I found when upgrading to this TV. I love watching golf, and could never really find the ball! Now it's clearly visible on the greens and against the sky. But golf is not the only thing I enjoy on this set. The dramas, comedies, and even the ugly daily news is so much more pleasant to watch since the colors are vivid.

A little disappointed with this TV. Had some issues with the volume going up and down on its own. Contacted our cable company today and hope it is fixed. Also when turning on the TV it goes to a children's show that we never put on, then goes to Samsung Plus TV. We have to wait and then goes to our home button and then to the guide for our regular channels. So we are a little disappointed with this TV, as we paid a lot for it.
