Great picture and sound, but the OS is SO intrusive and nearly impossible to control. It has a mind of its own and not in a good way. Menus pop up, things reset, etc. Very annoying.

This is by far the best tv I've ever owned. Great features and looks great hanging above my new electric fire place. Amazing picture when watching in 4k. Very happy with my purchase.

Replaced our old tv and we can not believe the picture quality on our new Samsung. The crispness of the picture is fantastic, even the speaker system is great with out additional equipment.

So, far this is a great TV! Great picture quality, and size for our large living room. We've only noticed one thing we're unsure about and that is sometime the sound will increase on its own. Then return to what it was set at.
