It had lots on almonds in it. I would definitely recommend this kind to anyone it was very good. I would definitely buy these again.

I am not sure if they could add something that would make it a bit more moist but if they could add some sort of dried fruit or something it might make it a bit better.

You can really taste the sunflower seeds and almonds in it the most I think. Besides the great taste, they are also good for you, so that's a plus.

I personally thought they were a little dry but my boyfriend absolutely loves them and he is the one doing keto so his opinion is what matters. The flavor is good. We both really like the toasted almonds. Overall if you are looking for a snack or replacement bar this is one of the better ones I have tried that are keto friendly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ratio Keto friendly toasted almond crunchy bar was very good. The bar was crunchy but not hard to bite, and satisfying. You could taste the almonds coming through with a nice hint of cinnamon. At 220 calories and 12g of sugar, this kept me full all morning. I love that there is only 1 carb and 1g of sugar. This bar is a great snack, especially if you want something to keep you satisfied for a long period of time. I would highly recommend these bars and would purchase them in the future.

However, once I took a bite out of this bar, the crunchiness and toasting us of this bar is by eating sunflower seeds are on a crunchier level. it is not a sweet bar, but it's very fulfilling and it taste great! Other keto bars, I have tried, or more on the sweet side. This bar however, I find it to be a great afternoon snack.

I feel less guilty snacking on these because they only have 1g of sugar and taste fairly good. At first, I was expecting more of a granola bar kind of taste, but this works for me. These are more of a crunchy hard type bar and doesn't have a sweet taste at all. However, they get the job done, cuts that craving, and gives me some energy to push through the day.
