The bar falls apart and gets a bit crumbly if you try to break off a piece but I so appreciate that it's soft enough to sink your teeth into it easily but it still has a great crunch.

I love that this bar has almonds and pumpkin seeds. I ate this bar on my morning break and it held me through until lunch time. My husband is a mail carrier so is is always looking for healthy, filling snacks that won't melt away in his mail truck, he likes them too. My teenage son will also eat one prior to baseball practice, these are great for the entire family. We are very satisfied and we look forward to trying other varieties in the future.

My kids also enjoy them which is a huge perk. They are very picky. I like that it has a good amount of protein in them as well, gives you a nice needed boost .
