My wife is very happy burners seem to heat up much faster and hotter than old stove. Use lower settings and oven heats fast and hold temp well. Things seem to cook much more even in the oven.

Disappointed

Despite repeated calls I have still have not received the user’s manual, registration or warranty cards. I cannot use the oven without risk of possibly screwing it up. To say I’m disappointed would be a huge understatement.

Oven is the worst.

Bottom bake element stopped working in the first few months. Finally figured it out as oven would never keep a temperature consistent and burn on top while completely doughy on the bottom. Of course the diagnostic via wifi was pointless and did nothing.

Bad all around READ THIS REVIEW

Do not buy! No bottom heating element, so if you're a baker, the top of your pizzas, pies, anything you bake cooks/ burns on top but is never or undercooked on the bottom! If you use convention setting you have to wait like and hour for it to get to temperature and then everytime you open the oven you're losing heat! The internal ceramic chips. The cook top is a joke! Water take forever to boil! The cook top discolored internally and now has a hazy white tinge. The clock went out after a year and now the display on features partial number parts. The top metal exterior gets SUPER hot and will cause burns if you are not careful after heating up oven. The top surface scratches so easy. LG customer support is nonexistent and provides no relief after warranty. Like every other review I miss my old 15 year oven that I thought I'd upgraded to this pretty looking one only to get a terrible oven. As a baker and the fact that I make yummy baked crust pizza anymore with this dud is so heartbreaking! Make sure to do your research and believe all the bad reviews.

Nothing but problems

Once the warranty expired one of the burners went out, then the digital display and now the one of the controls switches went out. Trying to find the correct switch is annoying. This was pretty when we bought it but downhill with problems since then.

LG is Bad, Stay away from them.

This is for LG appliances in general. I did. a lot of research before buying new LG appliances. I bought a fridge, gas range and over the stove microwave with pull out over the stove vents. They are all horrible and customer service is bad too. I will never again buy LG appliances and I tell all my family and friends the same. I can actually say I hate their appliances. The extended warranty is just as bad because they have no one in the service area to fix their product. I contacted a repair company and was told they will not work on LG because they are junk. I agree with my stove being the worst. They are all past warranty but I have put 3 new parts in my oven and it still has not solved the problem. I am looking at new appliances and the first thing I tell the rep is no LG! I will say my LG phone was one of the best I have ever had though!

Unhappy LG customer

I am LG customer for many years I purchased LG refrigerator, range and dishwasher in 2011( the refrigerator and dishwasher still working well). I replaced the range due to 2 burns were not working well. I bought this range in 2022 however I am very unhappy with this purchase. In less two years, the lightbulb located in the oven was on/off when you open door I called the customer service and told me that i need to replace the lightbulb because is not in the warranty, then one of small burn is rough (not smooth). I like to keep the burns clean and neat every time after I cooked and called the customer service stated that is not cover in the warranty because I didn't clean well. Now the clock is not working well for example the number 1 doesn't display the full number in hour and the first minute just half of the number. I missed my 11 old range never had any kind of issues like this one in 2.5 yrs old. I am not happy LG customer. I would like some one from LG to reach me out with this issues.
