So far, not so good

The bottom part of unit is completely bent and LG not replacing, instead they want service contractor to remove and rebuild the base in my house, on my time. The oven at 325, burnt my hand. The outside door top strip got so hot you couldn't touch it. So far, a very bad experience.

Waste of money

looking for a stove to cook on? this is not the one. Please don't spills or have boil overs while cooking the water marks can't be remove the glass top always looks dirty and can't be remove. Have this stove for two weeks seriously considering go back to using my old glass top stove

Not Sure It’s Worth It

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this in Sept., was delivered in Oct. Haven’t really mastered the convection piece. The push buttons get sticky and require multiple pushes to change oven temp. The numbers by the dials are wiping off. The edging around the top is uneven and catches food and other particles.

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had the stove for one and a half months and already had two services on it. First issue was there was a particular in between the glass in the oven door. A repair company came out and took oven door apart and got the particular out, but in doing that, there was a piece of the interior foil that shifted down and could put your finger between the glass and door. Second repair company came out today and advised that this is a common issue and LG is preparing a kit to fix this issue. I am so disappointed that I now have a new stove that has had two repairs so far. I feel that I should be given the option to receive a new stove rather than a repaired stove. Note: This was not even the stove that came with the suite originally. That stove was the one with the air fryer and it was so far backordered that I was offered this one (I wasn't given the option to even wait).

Works great!!

I’ve had this range for about one month. The glass on the top already has marks after the first use ( I’m using brand new pans for glass top rang) The oven itself is awesome but that bottom drawer is cheaply made doesn’t seem to even slide in and out easily. This is my first time purchasing LG and not sure that I would do it again, we also bought the microwave and dishwasher and the dishwasher is cheaply made as well.

Cooktop is terrible.

We purchased this stove just on Friday. After the first use, small stains and scratches that do not come out were left on the burner. Went to use it again, same on the other burner, cloudy stains left over after usage. We are not hard on our appliances. This is a terribly made cooktop. This stovetop is going to look terrible after a few months of cooking. Not happy at all.

Disappointed

I bought this range on May 12, 2025 and it got delivered on May 17, 2025. So far, I'm disappointed with it's performance. Asides the fact that it's basic, the two back burners (the small ones) are super slow. It takes forever to heat a pan and I'm not sure if they can cook anything because I have not had the patience to wait. I've had to move my cooking to the front burners which have ultra heat. To think that I bough this to replace my old LG range because only 2 of 4 burners were working. Now, buying a new one, only 2 of 4 burners seem to be working. I will be grateful if a return can be facilitated.

Defective product, not worth it

I purchased this product in June, had it finally delivered in September...since day 1, I've noticed the oven takes a very long time to cool down (more than an hour). I have to push the off button multiple times to ensure that it is off. This is not normal and is a safety hazard

Slightly deceiving?

Just received stove today; looks beautiful! I'm looking forward to all the bells and whistles of a new stove! Haven't even used yet, but one thing I wanted to comment on: the stove has "Easy Clean", which I had never heard of. apparently some models have "easy Clean" plus "self clean". unfortunately I assumed this was one of them. Easy Clean = basically you spray down the inside of the oven with water and it heats it to get some stains off. You wipe/scrub it out. OFTEN. not ever having heard of that, I assumed it would have to come with self clean; not everything can be wiped off. I assumed wrong! this model has no self-clean. so BEWARE. they don't mention it anywhere in the description....

Looks great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought mine about a month ago and it is a sharp looking stove. I love the large knobs and the fact that there is no heating element on the bottom of the oven. Makes for easy wipe up of small spills. I am surprised that it is not self cleaning but I should have checked closer first so that’s on me. The drawbacks for me are the burners don’t seem to adjust to the knob settings well. I need them on high just to get them hot enough to cook and there seems to be no middle range as they run either high or barely on at all. The touch pad setting is not very responsive to touch And I have to move my finger around the area and push very hard to make them work. They say you have to find the right spot near the button but you shouldn’t have to search for it. Those are my only major complaints which would keep me from recommending this model. A minor complaint is the lower drawer doesn’t roll smoothly to open or close. It’s like dragging metal on metal. I would think the more expensive models may be better made, and maybe I got a lemon, but I’d be afraid to try another one. All that being said, I absolutely love my LG refrigerator and would recommend it to everyone.
