Good purchase - not the best shipping

The item arrived about 3 days late after our "scheduled" date because the transportation company was a bit of a hassle to deal with because the airport terminal has issues with the delivery off the plane. Then when we received the item, it was dented in the front. It doesn't affect the way it operates and the thing itself is amazing for the money we spent. It heats up great, and cooks everything evenly without an issue, but it's a bit frustrating to see that it was slightly damaged when we had to wait almost 3 days after our scheduled delivery. I don't know if we would order full shipping like this again through Sam's because of this experience.

warped

Just finished assembly. Go to level griddle top. It's so warped that a level will not sit flat on the cooktop. High point in center. Right front leveling nut is barely in its threads to make any contact with the body. Everything seems of good quality except the actual cooking surface.
