2nd from left burner control not working. Will not allow propane to burner. Called Phone number (833-454-0864) that was identified to call if there were any issues. No luck contacting them Will continue to try and call them or Sam's Club. Nice Barbecue grill but did not work the FIRST TIME WE USED IT!!

Spent a year researching before purchasing my outdoor griddle for the house. Kept going back and forth between black stone and this one. Finally pulled the trigger and bought myself one for Father’s Day, and as a person who’s never used a real griddle, I am SO HAPPY with my purchase. Followed YouTube instructions for seasoning, cooking and cleaning. So far so good. First cook on it was bacon, burgers, vegetables, pancakes, and potatoes. Everything came out perfect. Do your research, and watch videos how to cook on a griddle and you will find “your way” to cook. I will be outside cooking 10times more than with my regular grill.

Really more of a 4.5. For the most part, pretty easy to assemble and can be done by one person until you need to put the griddle on. Highly recommend 2 people for that step!!! Also highly recommend to download the BILT app for 3d instructions, came in handy on a couple steps. The unit is very stable. However, to have this stability, you lose some storage space in the cabinet. Every thing feels solid except for the burner knobs. Very plastic feeling. I thought I was going to break them during installation. Oddly, they have a rubber ring, but its placed too far back on the knob that renders them useless. These are the only 2 issues we have with the unit. Otherwise, pretty great flat top for the money!

I bought this last October 2021. The assembly was easy. No shortage on hardware. Wife & I cook on this a lot. Stir fry is excellent. And breakfast is out of this world. Everything that we would go to a restaurant and get now we just cook it at home. DiRusso's italian sausage taste just like the fairs. I would recommend this griddle, HIGHLY! I'm surprised Sams club aren't selling this for more. Products like this really makes it worth while being a Samsclub member..

I received this as a father's day gift and I can't say enough positive things about it. Once assembled I cleaned and seasoned the griddle using five coats of oil. I let the oil smoke off between coats and then cooked an entire onion first thing as I read bacon could leave the top sticky if that is the first thing you cook. I clean the top and put a light coat of oil each time I use it while it is still hot and I have never had anything stick. I have used the griddle 4+ times per week since I got it and have had no issues with it. I didn't install the three black rods next to the propane tank (these are to prevent storing an extra propane tank) as they don't affect function or stability. Not installing them allows for ample storage underneath the griddle. I really like the grease tray being in the front and I found the aluminum pans (bread loaf pans) at dollar general three for a dollar. I am impressed with the quality and feel that this griddle was well worth the money ($299 on sale).

july 4 2024 I brought this before it went off sale. And so glad that I did. It is a very impressed. It looks very nice put it together in 2hours wasn"t in a hurry. Cooked on it the first day .I really love the way it looks I would tell anybody to give it a shot you will not be disappointed

I absolutely love this griddle grill! It's high quality and stainless exterior made this an easy pick and it looks good on my patio. I converted it to Natural Gas with a Blackstone conversion kit and thread sealant on the orifices and this works like a $2000 grill. Easily seasoned, cooks evenly and I can cook anything on the griddle that you can cook on a grate type grill plus you can cook things on here that you can't on a grate type grill. We have cooked breakfast, lunch and supper with this and it has been a great buy. I hope Sams keeps stocking these in the future!!

I am OBSESSED! Friend has the same one and told me it was perfect so I took her advice. Assembly was easy to do for this mom alone. Seasoned it up and have been cooking on it almost nightly since it was assembled. I am so happy with this purchase. Comes with a cover that fits snug to keep water out. Will probably move it to the garage for the winter but definitely see me using it all year long. GREAT purchase and LOVE it.

Have only had it a couple of weeks and used it three times with each time being an unqualified success. Assembly was pretty simple, but they forgot to send two of the shelf brackets, so I am rolling with only one shelf. I texted them per the instructions but haven’t heard anything back. Guess I will call them since the shelves are very handy. Seasoning (which is hugely important) was easy and so far nothing has come close to sticking—including hash browns. I saw some reviews that they couldn’t get the griddle hot enough. I have not experienced that problem at all. Mine gets very hot! I haven’t cooked anything above the minimum setting on the controls and it still gets to 500 degrees with all the burners on. The five burners make things very easy to control and I love the grease drain at the front since it lets you see how full the trap is getting. A couple of things that have helped me. 1. An infrared thermometer really helps to see how hot the griddle actually is. It is not likely to be completely uniform across the griddle. 2. I bought the Blackstone two-pack of the large spatulas and very glad I did. Makes things very easy to handle and maneuver. Other than that, just follow the directions and enjoy the food!

I've had this griddle for about 1½ yrs. I did a lot of research on name brand competitors before taking a chance on this 5 burner MM beauty. It was not hard to assemble, but you need some help or muscle to get the actual griddle in place. My family wondered why I needed one this size, but I fill it up almost every cook. One benefit for me was the all stainless steel cabinet and large hood. From fried rice to breakfast sandwiches to meal prepping for a week, it is unmatched. I have had no problems with rust or warping like the leading name brand one is known for. Buy one and enjoy!
