[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In using the stove, I have found it easy to use all of its settings. The air-fry does not work as well as I thought bit would. It looks great in the kitchen and the oven has plenty of room for what I need.

Horrible customer service. I love to cook using my oven and I can’t because this part is apparently hard to get. SMH

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Haven't used the oven or air-fry yet, but the broiler and cooktop have worked okay. The keypad is impossible to keep clean...every fingerprint shows up and while trying to keep it clean cleaning the pressure sensitive features keep getting activated which is annoying and could be a safety issue, as you must make sure the they are off. I do like the large metal knobs for the cooktop.

Having a ton of trouble figuring out the cooking temperature of both the cooktop and the oven. the cook top runs super hot ( ie: stuff boils on setting 2 of 10 ) so it is realy hard to jsut simmer stuff and the oven is all over the place in terms of temp.

Replaced a broken oven with this LG that I'm still getting used to and so far I love the features, especially the air fryer capability and the safety features with the push-in and lit stove knobs. Used the air fryer for vegetables and they were amazing with just a little drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. My pies have turned out beautifully, evenly baked and the convection fan did not blow the pie filling over the front side as my last oven would do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this oven because we bought all new appliances for our newly remodeled kitchen and we liked the LG refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave so we went with the range as well. While it is a good product because it is wireless and I like that it alerts my phone, it has flaws that I don't like. First, the stovetop controls are in the front which I thought I'd prefer but several times one of the burners was turned on by both my husband and I when we inadvertenly barely nudged it without intent. If we had vacated the house before noticing it could have been disatrous. But the knobs light up so it helps catch the mistake. The other flaw is the airfryer. It takes forever!! You can't follow directions on packaged food. I have a counter top appliance which cooks 3 times faster and better so I have given up on using the range airfry option.

The top of stove works great , the multiple burner rings works with different sizes of pans so you have the right amount of heat for what ever your cooking.

Love the internal oven thermometer he is super accurate and makes cooking items like large pieces of prime rib or turkey super easy. The knobs light up to prevent leaving them on. The easy clean surface top is just that easy clean which makes cleaning up spills super easy with simple soap & water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I PREFER A BASIC STOVE THAT HAS TWO LARGE REGULAR BURNERS AND TWO SMALL ONES. THE CONTROL PANEL IS SO DARK I NEED A FLASHLIGHT TO SEE THE CONTROLS. HIRING AN ELECTRICIAN TO PUT IN LIGHTING UNDER MY CABINETS SO I CAN SEE THE STOVE CONTROLS

I purchased this LG ceramic glass top electric stove & regretted it almost immediately. The surface scratches so easily & it’s almost impossible to remove those buffs. I’ve tried the recommended ceramic surface glasss top cleaners which are of little help.
