Frustration

Racks can not hold any weight.

I bought this Range 10 months back. The racks in the oven can not hold any weight. My wife has done lasagna a few times now and the rack will collapse under the weight of the pan each time. We will not be able to cook a turkey.

Help

I cannot figure out the air fryer. Seems to nuke everything. Any tips? Also the burners are quite violent. Everything boils over even on one. Anyone else have this issue?
