My oven has an unfixable problem

I purchased this range in October 2021 but I did not purchase the extended warranty. Just after one year in November 2022 I started getting a roasting smell when I use the oven, I gave it sometime hoping maybe it's some oil or food that's spilled somewhere. But it did not go away. And this is a smell that takes over the entire house and is very strong. I had somethings going on and I eventually contacted LG in May 2023 and told them there is a smell that's coming and it's like something is getting roasted and it's only coming from the oven and when it gets heated and I don't have any issues with the cooktop. LG was nice enough to send a technician and checked and said some part is getting heated up said he will order it and came again and fixed it however the smell still didn't go away. He came thrice to check what the problem is but couldn't figure out. Then I contacted LG again and they sent a second contractor to take a look he also took a look and checked everything and concluded that we have an unfixable problem with the stove. This is the first time I am hearing about an unfixable problem that means even if we were willing to pay for it you cannot fix it and one would think an. LG appliance would be good for at least few years and getting extended warranty is an option. So my recommendation is if you can't afford the extended warranty don't bother buying because you might also end up with an unfixable problem like me and be stuck with an oven you can no longer use. It's very disappointing.

your software sucks

can't connect to wifi. In attempting the QR code on one of the papers that came with the stove took me to a fraud site that started charging my credit card with unknown charges, had to cancel card.

Love it! Saving up for the fridge next!

poor design

looks nice but .......Bought this stove just over a year ago. The numbers on the front dials are all painted in light grey, you can’t read the number with regular overhead lighting.

Awful purchase

I bought this range about 4years ago, I have had nothing but issues with the oven. It doesn't heat properly. Everything takes about double the time in cooking. Wishing we never would have purchased, especially for the cost.

Fancy, fits wonderfully and all around beautiful

Great appearance and features

I have had the range for approximaely 2 months now. Every option seems to work fine. This is a beautiful range and it matches the rest of my appliance. Still reading the manual as there are numerous features I haven't yet explore.

nOT LIKE THEY USED TO

Beware of HOT front panel when using oven

When using the oven the front panel and front top edge of range gets so hot that a person can easily get a bad burn. The oven itself works fine as well as the stove top.
