We bought our range almost a year ago and I have never heard or seen the fan on. Finally called service and he said the motor was bad. Also we noticed the past two weeks the oven preheats and then shuts off. We have to keep resetting it. Needless to say we are waiting for a motor and now when he comes back I have to tell them about this. Wish we could just get it replaced totally. I have to do baking for my church during lent and I don't know how I'm going to do it. We love this range when it was working needless to say we were not air frying when we thought we were. Explains why we had to air fry way longer than the time it said.

Bought this a couple weeks ago and the air fryer is useless. Glad we did not get rid of our Ninja Grill. Must admit the air fryer and black stainless was reason buying as we also purchased the fridge & Dishwasher. If I would have known that the air fryer is more of a gimmick I would have not spent as much and would have bought another brand all together. Oh well live & learn.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this range in the middle of the pandemic because it was the only one readily available that had the features we wanted. Also, our old range had just conked out after 24 years so we needed to act quickly. Having said that, we are pleased that this product was available, mostly because it cooks so well compared to our old range. The meals seem to taste so much better. One negative comment would be that the settings on the stovetop knobs are very difficult to read and blend too much into the background.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven is wonderful and has delivered everything we were looking for. Would have been 5 star if the “Air Fry Tray” was included. Seem like a major feature like that should have the proper accessory.

Have had this range for a little over a year and have nothing but problems with the oven. Computer board was just replaced for second time and element replaced. Tried to make pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving and after two hours in the oven pumpkin was done but crust was raw. Didn't want to chance cooking turkey and thanksgiving dinner so we moved everything to my daughter's. Repair coming again tomorrow. Oven reaches preheat but then drops and you don't even know it. Cookies took one hour to bake. So tired of this. I would not recommend this LG oven to no one. Had convection fan motor replaced also. Wish they would just replace stove. Glad I bought extended warranty. Hope it's fixed for Christmas dinner.

Says it's preheated at 275, regardless of setting. Actually takes an hour to reach 400 and by then the food goes straight into the garbage. Cleaning the cook top is exhausting and time consuming. Apparently I'm not allowed to say what I really think, so I'll just say don't buy this piece of 'equipment'.

It's ridiculous that you have to use the Wi-Fi to torn the power on to the oven controls. You have to have a certain Wi-Fi output and download apps. What happened to just plugging it into the wall and turning the knob. Why do things always have to be done through a cell phone. IT'S REDICULOUS that it has come to all the out of control technology that we have come up with. Its just making people more lazy and useless. in 56 yrs I have never had trouble turning on the oven or setting the clock till NOW. this is the worst setup I have ever seen and I will never buy one. Sister's got one and has had it for over a month now and still can't use the oven.

Oven works great and stove top works great, but the issue is with the quality of the material used in the production. 16 months after owning the LED display has started to fail. The number on the far right, the center LED has failed, so when you get numbers such as "8" it displays as a "0" (zero) instead. 27 months of owning the oven, the glass on the inside of the oven door completely shattered about 15 minutes after taking something out of the oven and the oven was turned off. The door was closed and we heard a loud *POP* sound come from the oven area, but couldn't figure out what the issue was. It wasn't until the next morning when we went o use it and opened the door to find the glass had completely shattered.

This oven has been nothing but trouble since I got it. The first one had to be replaced as it was damaged in shipping, and then this replacement doesn’t seem to work well at all. If the temperature drops and it has to come back up to temperature, it burns the top of whatever is in the oven. The lights are always on saying the burner is on and hot. The fan doesn’t seem to work in the back to turn it on. It’s just not great and I’ve had nothing but trouble from the place I bought it from in regards to a replacement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had this stove for about a week. It works as good as a high quality stove would. It looks great too. It beautified our kitchen, BUT, the bottom storage drawer is pitiful. Like I said, we had this stove for about a week and this storage drawer already bent out of shape so much that I can't retract it. It is made of material so thin that it almost feels like foil paper. I can't retract it without it bending and getting stuck in either bottom corner. This design needs to be improved. The photo shows how much I am able to open it. It shows how crooked it slides out to where it gets stuck pulling out or pushing back in unless I force it back in.
