The burners are extremely hot and easy to use. I love the knock feature on the oven to turn the light on! Received a griddle with the stove as well.

I have had this stove for about a month and have had occasion to use the ceramic burners several times. Very disappointed to see how the glass has been "etched" after minimal careful usage and worry what this will look like after a few years. Oven works well and is very nicely lighted. Like the blue oven interior which is new to me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love cooktop! Easy to use, even cooking, multiple pan sizes. Only tried air fry once but easy to use and cooked evenly. Like the fact that I don’t need to take up kitchen space with a portable air fryer.

I was excited to buy this stove. I liked the look and all the features..... UNTIL I sat down at the table and looked at it. From eye level or standing several feet away your eyes are drawn to the 1 inch gap between the back of the cook top and the bottom of the control panel. You literally can see the inside and back panel of the stove. We paid extra for the black stainless, so seeing the silver inside of the stove stands out like an eyesore. If venting was needed, why isn't there a black vent panel covering that area? Or at the least, the inside should have been sprayed black as well It really takes away from the sleek look of the stove. Really poor designing that is a disappointment in my overall satisfaction in this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The stove was built in February 2021, delivered in March 2021, the large 3 ring burner already failed to function in April 2021. We are now waiting for the repair tech in the first week of May 2021. Other than this malfunction, pleased with the stove/oven. Have not tried yet the Air Fry.

I like the low-profile, and the variety of heat levels on the stove. I also like the air fryer option. The oven is taking me some time to get used to... It seems to take longer to cook things. It came with a scratch on the metal on top. I didn't ask for a replacement at the time of purchase, but it does bug me. (Customer service has been great; I'm sure they would have made it right if I had asked.) The drawer on the bottom is smaller than I'm used to, so we had to reconfigure some of our storage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had this up and running since mid July. We haven't tried all the features yet. Anxious to try Air Fry for french fries. The stainless steel is smudge resistant and cleans easy. The glass top gets dirty easily and is hard to keep clean and scratch free. Our last stove was similar. Over all works as advertised.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Junk, Severe problems with mother board. We have our 2nd one thanks to the warranty. Had the 1st one about a month and it would randomly cut back on after I used it. The 2nd one is even worse. The oven light even comes on on its own. We trip the breaker on it when we are done, so it will stay off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I waited 5 months for this stove and the 1st time I used it the glass top got scratched. I reached out to the company that I purchased it from and they came and replaced the glass top. I've used the oven once since and with a flat pan and it's happened again. Nothing takes the catch out!

I like the range, just some of the features are a little confusing: buttons are somewhat spread out for setting oven temp/ timers there seems like many buttons/ controls & the font could be a little bigger/ easier to read the controls for the dual zone burners are not the clearest to understand/ operate I am new to the air fryer feature, it seemed to work ok but not much quiker than just using the oven
