[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this because the range in our newly-built house was so difficult to reliably cook anything at all. The LG is perfect! The oven temperature is very even and cook times as expected. The air fry option was not quite as crisp as stand-alone air fryers, but we have only tried it a couple of times. Waiting to try the sou vide option. Now, we thought the WiFi connected option would not be really of any use. We were wrong! It not only allows remote adjustment, it will alert you when you are finished cooking no matter where you are in the house. Actually, quite a pleasant surprise! The cooktop is well laid out and very responsive and easy to use. Overall, this is the best range we've ever had!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 3 weeks ago to replace a 5 yr old oven (that we loved a lot) because it stopped working and could not be fixed. So far, this is a great replacement and works just fine. We are trying to get used to the temp differences with convection bake when compared to previous brand.

We bought our range a few weeks ago. It looks beautiful in our kitchen and works like a charm. The pleasant surprise was LG's delivery. We were contacted ahead of schedule regarding delivery and the communication stream was constant and professional all the way.

Water boils so fast, and baking in the oven has never been better. Only issue I had was the "cooktop hot" indicator light got stuck on for over a week. Called LG service and they got someone out the next day to repair. Somewhat sad I had to use customer service already but the experience I had with their customer service was great.

I absolutely love how big the range is and the over is huge. I have never had a range that cooks so evenly. It is very stunning looking and easy to keep clean. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in December and it had a defect in the glass top and it was replaced in March. I love the stove but the glass top does not clean easy and the easy clean oven does not clean at all! Was suppose to come with some cleaning items and they weren’t included nor was a rack for the air fryer. Very disappointed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This LG stove seems fine however there are a few things to know in advance... First off, and you won't notice this in the store, there is a rather large gap under the burner knob control panel. This gap runs the whole width of the stove. It looks ugly and makes it look cheap. I'm sure LG could put some piece of stainless steel on it with vents if need be without too much added expense. Standing right in front of it you don't see it but sitting at my counter (5 ft away) or when you walk in my front door, it's noticeable immediately. It is truly a beautiful stove except for that. The bottom drawer is also rather cheap and not very deep. I'm glad they added more oven space cuz who really needs those bottom drawers anyway but it seems like it could have gone all the way to the back of the stove. As I said I'm glad they made the drawer not as tall so as to fit an additional oven rack in it. Love that! As for the oven...I wanted a model with an air fry feature so I could get rid of the air fryer on my counter. It says you don't have to preheat in air fry mode but it takes forever to heat up and cook the food. Disappointing. Guess now I have to wait for my microwave to die so I can buy a model with the air fry feature and hope it works as well as my large counter top air fryer did. Lastly, I did a LOT of holiday baking and all but 1 thing turned out. I used the "bake" setting on everything. The one thing that didn't turn out was a recipe where I had to put chocolate chips on bars after they were finished baking. The chocolate chips were to go in the oven for a minute or two to melt to then spread around. After I took them out, they were not melted. I put them back in for another minute. Still not melted. By this time I'm thinking the chips are old. I added new chips I'd just bought. In the end nothing melted, they only became hardened-like but air filled. I can only assume this was because of the convection fan- even tho I used the bake setting. Now that I know, I'll melt the chocolate chips in the microwave next time.

We also purchased the matching dishwasher & microwave....we have the matching Refrig on it's way. I love the ease of instructions & efficiency of cooking and baking or roasting. We previously had an LG microwave; our reason for purchasing all LG to redo our kitchen.
