Awesome product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a battery operated trimming tool. And I'm so glad I tried Worx. This thing is great. Has done everything I have asked of it, lol. for the price you can't go wrong. From now on I will check out Worx first when I need a tool.

Excellent tool

Although I have 2 corded jigsaws, one starts with a D and the other starts with a B and 1 corded (D) recip, they won't see the outside of their boxes in the future. This cordless is a surprise gem. I was surprised at the power as well as how it fit in my hand and the ease of use. I don't do heavy demolition, but the few finishing nails I've cut, in the recip mode, went well.

Works great and It weighs less than similar saws.

Just bought this tool and have used only the reciprocating saw portion so far. It handled thick branches and a stump relatively easily. It is more manageable than my previous reciprocating saw, and lighter. It's my 6th Word product and I like each one.

Two power tools in one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used it with 12” saw blades too cut down woody brush and cut tree limbs that broke off on the ground to manageable lengths for hauling away. It has a lot of power and and didn't bog down. A great tool I'm glad I purchased it.

Another great invention by Worx

I have a collection of Worx tools that all use the 20V battery. Every time I think I have bought my last Worx tool they come out with another innovation that I just can't resist. Worx is at the forefront of innovative design and engineering to create new combination tools that can perform many jobs with a single tool or simply making existing tools better. As long as Worx continues to innovate I'll continue to make their tools my first choice.

Great Saw

I have used this so much since I got this about a month ago. So easy to put the blades in. I bought this because chain saws scare me. This resiprocating is so light easy to use. I bought this to trim trees because it's cordless and chargeable. No pulling a cord. Easy peasy! Great product!

A REALLY Handy Power Saw

I've had my Axis for about two weeks now and I'm in love. I'm a retired homeowner, not a contractor, but I spend a lot of time building things around the house and I work with a volunteer crew building ramps for handicapped access. I'm really impressed with this saw. I put a long sawzall blade in it and cut through a 4x8 wood beam in less than a minute. With a metal blade, I cut through a 1-inch water pipe in about 20 seconds. I've used it in jigsaw mode to notch plywood and 2x4's. With a short wood blade for a sawzall, I can put it into jigsaw mode and get a pretty square cut on a 2x4, using a speed square as a saw guide. It's also good for cutting 4x4 posts, which is tough with a circular saw. The Axis is small, lightweight, and surprisingly powerful. The chuck takes any reciprocating blade or jigsaw blade, and allows cutting in either direction in both modes. WIth this and a drill/driver, I'm set for all sorts of simple carpentry. So far at least, I tend to run out of power before the Axis battery does. It is also light enough that my wife is sarting to use it for pruning. This my fourth or fifth Worx product. I also own an SD deriver, a trimmer/edger, blower, and the aerocart. The trimmer/edger is the best I've ever owned for my lawn, and the aerocart has proven very useful - especially using the arms to lift and move heavy flower pots. Worx tools really are innovative. Keep it up guys!

Wonderful machine

I had been considering this tool for several years, and finally several tasks around the house made it seem worthwhile. The thought was correct. It cut down some branches of a Boxwood quickly and precisely, then took on a dead holly. Easy to use with a good load of power.

Very Good Lite Duty Cordless

For trimming small tree branches and small pieces of wood this saw is good. I use for palm tree branches/leaves, small tree branches, and for cutting small pieces of wood. This battery powered saw is nice for where and when you don't want to run and extension cord.

Nice little saw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice for mobility. Although the battery doesn't last long: about a half an hour. I have five batteries. Lasts about two hours. And the older batteries don't hold a charge as long. Good little saw though.
