This rug was much larger than I expected, I had read the size as 8ft×10ft, its actually 8×11. It is a Wool/cotton blend backing. They are handmade. I chose my pattern from an online photo and was expecting it to be more gray/dark colors, but reading the label, I chose the Ivory-Gray option. I have 5 children and a husband and was hoping it would help hide some of the chaos, not possibly display more of it. So keep in mind if ordering online the colors may vary a bit. It is quite thick, has lots of fun textures due to the pattern. It seems to brighten my room, I'm excited to let the baby learn to roll over on it. Otherwise its absolutely gorgeous and very well made. There was no weird odor to it. It arrived well wrapped.

The Samara Decorative Area Rug arrived in a tightly wrapped clear packaging to protective the rug. This area rug is heavy! Once opened, I noticed the softness of the rug. I opted for the ivory denim color design because I love the hint of the blue that pops out in this rug. The layering of the wool is sufficient and super comfortable. Appears to be a durable rug that will hopefully last for years. Overall I’m satisfied with this product!

Just got the rug delivered today, boy I can say it is heavy duty. I think it's 10x12. I guess I didn't relze it was that big, let alone as heavy as it was. The color scheme goes ok with our flooring color. but I like that fact it doest seem cheap to me. I would buy another if I had the rooms.

This Samara handmade rug is so nice. It has a very plush feel to it. The different shades of grey complement each other very nicely. The edges have a nice finish to them. It does take awhile for the folds of the rug, from shipping, to flatten out. It’s not very thick but feels like it is when walking on it.

The Samara handmade wool rug, appears to be well made. It has jute backing and the corners are neatly folded and sewn. It's a brown and cream design and the half inch nap feels very soft to touch. A rug pad will be needed and will help make it more coushy. Since it's wool it should last a long time. We will use it in the livingroom once we are done remodeling.

My old rug was really dirty from my toddler just existing so it was time for an upgrade. I was skeptical, but this rug ended up being the perfect size to cover my living room floor. It has some weight to it too so Im not worried about it sliding around. It has a soft and slightly squishy texture that feels good on the feet. Its not tooo fluffy though so I think cleanup wont be hard either. Overall Im very satisfied.

Great rug with a beautiful simple design and good quality. It’s soft and well-made, and quite thick as you can see in the photos. It goes really well in my office. Since it’s a light color, you have to be careful about stains easily showing on it. Otherwise it’s perfect.

One thing that is always nice is when the quality far exceeds expectations. The weave is nice and tight; the backing is well done. We were not expecting the slight color variation, which adds some depth. I may have to get another for a different room. The light color may be risky for soil.

This is the softest rug I have ever strapped on!!! I am surprised how thick it is as well! The weaving is top quality with a beautiful edging design and a gorgeous mixture of white and ivory. I was afraid of the light color until I realized how easy it cleans up.. such a breeze. This lady is super happy!! I want them in every room!!

Within three weeks the fibers began to unwind. We also had an excessive amount of fibers when vacuuming. Our socks were full of fibers after walking on it. After a month we knew the rug had to go. We prolonged the inevitable for approximately four months with the vacuum canister continuously being full of fibers even after this amount of time. Complete waste of money and so glad it's gone!
