The unit was easy to set up and connect to my existing wi-fi. The picture quality, color depth and deep blacks are the best of any LED TV I've yet found. I loved it so much I bought a second one for my office to provide client presentations

ThisTV is great quality it was brought to replace another Samsung that did not last more than 2 years due to lines on the screen. So while I am not happy to purchase another i gave you guys another chance.

The 65 in Samsung TV is excellent I really enjoy the Samsung TV plus channels better than cable, the brightness contrast responsiveness everything was excellent definitely an upscale for my previous Samsung

LOVE my tv. I do closed caption because of my hearing, however, I wish it wouldn't “cut off” the bottom part of the screen for the caption on the “lower” channels. I use an antenna, no cable or satellite.

Literally can’t step aside from this tv the picture is downright breathtaking and don’t get me started on how fast it is. This comes close in competition to my favorite child (sorry to say) but that’s just how good this dang tv is!

This is my first Samsung tv. I have always heart that they were good and compared to my old television I am sold! I bought two more for other rooms in my home.

Things that should be simple, like using the volume control, are not simple. Getting Prime Video to work properly is difficult; I still don't have that service working.

How do I get the TV to go directly to HDMI when we turn it on. My husband is 93 and gets very frustrated when he turns on the tv and he can't use his xfinity remote to go to his saved programs.
