[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the TV but the remote that’s a different Animal hard to figure out no instructions on how to do the different functions. I’m getting better at using it but still not sure how to do a lot of the commands. I’ve heard the same complaints about the remote.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this TV for Christmas, never had a smart TV before but it's definitely the nicest, brightest, most well-colored balanced and crisp TV I've ever had. I also like that the screen is not reflective with light at all.

The TV itself works, has pretty good sound and picture quality. HOWEVER, when it comes adding free apps this TV is impossible. I wish I knew it was so limited to those of use what to take full advantage of FREE APPS. If you want to enjoy FREE entertainment via the web this is NOT the TV of choice. I purchased unwisely!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a house full of Samsung TVs. I think there are 5 in total and we love all of them. Two are the Art Frame models that show a work of art when we aren't using them as a TV. They are all reliable, vivid and fun to watch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have trouble with the internet interface daily! I have to cut power to the TV and reset at least once and often more than once everyday. I also have issues with the TV sound where I turn on TV and have no TV speaker output, I have to go through selecting the TV speaker. Very annoying!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice TV w a beautiful picture. I'm tryin to manage streaming but it's a steep learning curve. I'm not a big lover/watcher of TV so when I do watch I want the experience to be 5 stars. This TV has an annoying feature that automatically turns on whenever I approach. I really want to turn that off but apparently I cannot. I have had generally good luck with Samsung appliances.

Great clarity, I'm older, so it took time and used all the settings on the remote, and the smart tv app on my cell phone, to get the best picture. Many different tv options, like Amazon Prime tv, Netflix, Hulu, Samsung tv, and many others. I'd like to stop the tv voice feature, which is a bit creepy and quite annoying - but overall, we are very happy with the greatly improved picture quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a 75" Crystal Samsung I was perfectly happy with. Then my wife surprised me with this 85" Neo QLED QN70F for my birthday. I never thought I would say I could tell a difference but it is night and day. I've even grown fond of using the voice controls for the AI interface. We also game on this TV with a PS5 and Switch 2. I can honestly say I haven't gone to a movie theater since we've owned this TV, adding it to our 5.1 surround sound I don't know if we'll be going to a movie theater anytime soon. Re-watching sitcoms, the colors feel more realistic than before on our crystal 4K TV. Everything is bright and vibrant, the gaming resolution makes colors pop like never before. I didn't think 4K could get any better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best Samsung TV I have ever purchased. All of my other Samsung tv's have not disappointed. Hopefully this will give me several years of great service. I still have other Samsung TVs that are at least 10 years old!

I love my TV it's bright the pictures are clear the sound is lovely whether I have the light on or I have the light off there is no glare! I love, love my TV! The Samsung live TV is a plus, I was able to hook up my streaming device and internet with no problems.It's a good TV for a decent price. I really enjoy this purchase.
