Not at all impressed with how you have to find channels, actually, I can't stand that feature. No pause on live TV like the old one had. No numbers to switch to channel you want. Overall, I am very dissapointed.

The contrast selection is also very abundant and elaborate. The resolution on this tv is pretty good and the vibrancy of the colors is great. All in all its a pretty good tv so far. I'm only a few months in right now. Check back in a couple of years because that's going to be the most important part is how long the tv lasts and how reliable it is. I didn't fork over a grand just to have to buy another tv in a year. I'm poor so reliability and dependability is key. That's why I went with Samsung because they are supposed to be one of the best and reliable. So for now I'll keep my fingers crossed and hope and pray that Samsung still makes quality, reliable and trustworthy products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this TV to replace an aging 55-inch Samsung in my shop. Setup was straightforward — I connected it to the internet via Ethernet, used TV stick for apps, and a cable streaming box. Since completing the setup, however, the TV has been turning itself on at random times, and goes straight into screensaver mode. This happens both day and night. Sometimes it powers on about three hours after I unplug and reconnect it; other times it will stay off for a full day before turning on by itself. I have tried disabling CEC devices, turning off LAN/network wake features, disabling screensaver settings, power cycling, and even performing a full factory reset. I’ve also disconnected everything except the power cable and removed the remote from the room. There is no record of a “power on” event in the system log, and the TV is running the latest software update. At times, It could be on for day's until I turn it off or unplu it. I attempted online support but only received automated responses. The built-in TV support simply redirects to the same online resources. I have not yet called phone support because I am not at my shop very often this time of year. My final review is on hold until I can resolve this issue. Stay tuned.

The colors, brightness, contrast, and resolution all look excellent, creating a sharp and natural picture without appearing overly processed. I wasn’t expecting exceptional built-in sound quality when purchasing the TV, so pairing it with a soundbar completed the experience perfectly. The menu system is simple and user-friendly, and I absolutely love the compact remote control. The solar charging feature is surprisingly convenient, and the option to charge it with USB-C when needed is another thoughtful touch that really impressed me. Considering the overall picture quality, features, and experience, I find the price very reasonable for what this TV delivers.

I’m not a tech-y and I hate having to set up or adjust my tv’s! This tv is amazing right out of the box. Crystal clear, bright, very brilliant colors with so much depth! The sound is okay but I feel like all the manufacturers do this on purpose to make another sale on the sound bar and sub woofer. That being said, it sounds good enough to wait and catch a sale on speakers. I would highly recommend this to family and friends! Just a heads up, it sits with a slightly backwards lean on the provided stand but I’m sure it’s for stability purposes and it doesn’t take away from the viewers enjoyment.

Plus comes with self diagnostic features and self repair features as well as a similar defragment feature to keep memory and storage in top shape, really loving this feature can easily solve common issues like freezing screens or slow internet connection issues...

I have to say that the contrast in the resolution very crisp and the brightness adapts to whatever the room's brightness is . I have to say the AI enhancements in the vibrancy it's amazing it sure is a refresh of its previous model . I'm in love with my new TV.

I have never had any problems with any of samsung products and anytime I have had a issue samsung care was always there to help with knowledge to fix over the phone.
